The staff couldn't have been nicer. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is excellent and the hotel represents great value for money.
Happy hour could have been a little more flexible. We were 5 minutes late but there was no flexibility. Not a big issue but it would have been nice if we had been allowed to participate.
