A 5 stars hotel need a Nespresso machine in each room... Lyophilised stick coffee ☕ is not appropriate... You should prefer room not on the street if you want to be in a quiet room.

Both the rooms and the common spaces are very comfortable and stylish. The restaurant is very nice for dinner, breakfast was far more than average. Staff is friendly and helpful. We liked the stay very much.

Lovely hotel, very close to the city centre, with brand new and spacious rooms. We had a lovely stay, especially as the staff was extremely nice and helpful and showed excellent client service! Definitely an option to consider for a stay in Málaga!

We liked that it had personality in the design and it felt warm and unique. The staff was very helpful, kind and service minded.

We were a little bit disappointed about the breakfast buffet, but it could have been because of Covid that the buffet was quit empty. It was not explained if the things we could order in addition to the fee was included or not so we ended up having a very poor breakfast.

In these times I understand it is hard for them to present a good breakfast, but the chef needs to learn to make a Croque Madame if they keep it on the menue. Would still come back though, maybe breakfast on one of the places around.

My friend and I spent 3 nights at the hotel. The location was great. We loved the decoration at the hotel. It was bright and full of colors. The staff were friendly and so helpful. They lent us an iPhone charger during our stay, since we forgot to bring it with us. We asked for soft pillows, bathrobes and cotton cosmetic pads, and we got them right away. Dinner and breakfast times were our favorite. We were served like a queen. Dinner was delicious. I recommend you to try dinner at the hotel. It was really good. You can get almost anything for breakfast. I think we spent 2 to 3 hours at the breakfast table every morning, as we enjoyed it very much. I would also like to thank Miguel, who took good care of us during dinner and breakfast times. Although we were there during Corona time, the Hotel has made sure there were safe COVID measures in place. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would like to thank all the staff members.

Best stay ever in Spain,...

The staff was super friendly, gave us tips where to eat and really gave us a Welcome feeling. Our room was beautifull, we were upgraded to a room with a terrace and even at the end of October we enjoyed the sunshine in the morning. Breakfast was excellent. One of the best stays in Spain we have had!

Comfortable stay in the city

The big, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, good linens and towels. Location is perfect, right on the side of the city center, walking distance everywhere yet quiet. Recommended!

The first night I slept badly because the pillow was too hard for me. Luckily the 2nd night I could get a nice soft pillow from the "pillow menu" and I slept much better. The room is a bit dark, mostly soft indirect lights available. Also, the hotel is very good but not really 5* like, more like 4*.

I have stayed a couple of times at this Hotel, to my super use it has been totally refurbished.... absolutely impressive interior, good size bedrooms beautiful designed and so so comfortable are the beds... cannot fault it at all.

The only thing I would change is the times they serve food at the pool as we had just missed the time to order food by 10 min. They close at 3pm and reopen at 7pm. I think they should be available throughout the day but it wasn’t a problem at all.

Firstly, the Hotel has made sure there were safe COVID measures in place. They gave a disposable gloves for picking food, the tables were well placed out and all the food was individually prepared. Secondly, the choice was great. Hot food, fruit, meats, cereal and a lovely bread choice.

Newly re furbished the hotel looks and feels great. I stayed in a junior suite and loved it. The staff were very well trained and very friendly and helpful, flawless staff really. The location is of course fantastic. Short stroll to the centre of everything in Malaga. Loved the pool. Breakfast was a buffet and lovely, very covid 19 conscious. Gloves were mandatory when choosing buffet items. Very well run hotel and a pleasure to stay in.

I didnt mind too much but the room didnt have a card or a key, its access by an app on the phone that sends a signal to the door sensor. Tiny bit of a hassle to find your phone, switch it on, open the app load the code sensor, in truth takes about 20 seconds so no big deal. What do others do who arent tech savvy with a smart phone I wonder that?

Check in was very thorough, the receptionist Jesus was both very professional and friendly, he explained the procedures of how to use the hotels App (Introduced to make things more “contactless”)and downloaded it for us. The hotel is in a great location, easy to find and about 10 minutes stroll from the Plaza de la Constitution, with plenty to see on the way. The room was a great size, well equipped and the bed extremely comfortable. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was one of the best breakfasts we have had, again they had introduced measures to be COVID savvy, use of gloves when attending the buffet and pre-prepared servings of the extensive menu.

Only one disappointment, we found a razor belonging to a previous guest in the bedroom, which in days of COVID is worrying. But the hotel apologised profusely, and we received an acknowledgment by way of apology.

The sound system in the bathroom was not working, and apparently we don't have ironing stuff in the room. Just available if you request, this does not look like 5 stars standards but ok.

Very friendly staff, clean and hygienic rooms, nice interieur, good drinks. Also the complete organization of our stay via App (digital room key, ordering of food and drinks, pool reserveration, change of pillows, ...) was a great experience.

The app works well on iOS, the Android version needs some minor bug fixes.

Fantastic location, walking distance to the cathedral and museums. We were upgraded and had a beautiful newly decorated suite, just lovely.

Everything was excellent. Room was spacious and clean and nicely designed. They stock the bathrooms with lots of toiletries (and robes and slippers). We arrived to a nice note and tray of welcome snakcs and bottles of water. And I'm always pleased when hotels have Nespresso machines in the room. They have excellent pricing in their bar for drinks and the newly renovated lounge area is gorgeous. We didn't have the breakfast included but did go down one morning to eat and it was excellent. You can order from a menu as part of the buffet experience and they even include cava for mimosas. It's a really good value especially considering how good it was. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful across all interactions. It's rated as 5 star and I think they are definitely in the range to call themselves 5 star.

Only thing that could be better is the pool experience. It's nice but small.

The roof top pool was very nice. The hotel location was perfect. Close to the old town and historic sights, and an easy walk to the beaches. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Malaga.

The area immediately around the hotel is not so pleasant. It's not bad, just not nice, in an otherwise charming city.

Pool area very small and quite pricey

The staff was very friendly, the room far better than expected, the place is very stylish and modern but also charming, the roman ruins on the basement were also fantastic, it is very well located, we just loved it.

The room and bathroom are very spacious, nice decoration, big wardrobe, free coffee and tea. Everything you need is avialbale: bathrobe, slippers, a good range of toiletries... The restaurant serves excellent food and wines. The room was ready at noon and we dit not have to wait until 2pm to check in. Very good value for money! The pool and sunny terrace on the roof were a pleasant surprise.

No negative points to mention. We only stayed for 1 night and had a terrific time.

During our stay the pooldeck was sanded in that day we wanted to use the pool with a view. Unfortenately we were not informed about this.

People and staff around were great, at the very beginning moment at reception we had a very warm welcome and Jorge gave us an early check-in when he found out that we had a long journey, as well as some important notes about the hotel location, Fernandez was also a great and kind man who took us to our room. I have been travelling to costa del sol for over 30 years but this is the 1st time we have visited Malaga old town 1word Fantastic I love Irish coffee and the hotel bat made the best ever. Well done to all

The location was superb. The interesting archeological ruins in the basement were fascinating. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful. What an amazing place. Only minutes from the beautiful old town. Highly recommend this place.

We had a car so the ability to park in Malaga was great. Central location near to all the sights in Malaga and you can walk to the water front. The Christmas activities had lingered on in Malaga so we got to experience their light show which was an added surprise. The room was big enough, the bed comfortable. Recently refurbished with a modern touch. The bathroom was well appointed with screens separating both the toilet/bidet and shower.

The view from the balcony was of a dry levy that is full of graffiti. There were no photos of the front of the hotel when I booked. It's not street art either - it's graffiti. The street below can be noisy on the lower floor which we were staying. There were street closures which were not communicated to guests except by a sign. It would have been nice to be told this in advance as after a day of sight seeing we could not return to our hotel until late in the evening.
