Used hotel several times. Will...
Fantastic location
A weekend stay
The location of the hotel is great - close to the center. The room was clean. The bad was big and really comfortable.
The walls seemed a bit thin. It was easy to hear what is happening in the hallway.
Pleasant
Pictures much better than reality.
Superb
Fantastic and helpful staff despite the COVID regime.
Rooms on street side can be noisy.
Good for family
Very nice, had family room and 2 adults and 2 kids in bunkbeds were comfortable and had enough space

Superb
Pool was so nice with amazing view. Breakfast was good under corona situation it was quite okay.
Exceptional
Very clean, friendly staff and great location
Great location and roof top...
The hotel is located very close to the centre, just cross the bridge and you're there. The roof top pool was lovely and the bar area looked very nice. Sadly due to Covid the bar was closed.
Wasn't too keen on the glass door to the bathroom. Although the glass had a pattern to offer some privacy if anyone went to the toilet in the night the light lit up the whole room.
Very nice staff, close to...
Very good breakfast with good variety.
A little noisy from the street.
Excellent hotel, very central location...
I loved the rooftop pool and it was always empty. Staff at the rooftop pool were so nice. Very central location 5 minutes walk to center and about 15 to the beach.
The AC in the room doesn't work properly. Bar on rooftop was so expensive and the reception staff pretty rude.
Superb
Nicely renovated rooms. Great rooftop terrace. Friendly staff. Good Covid measures.
Fantastic
Super comfy beds, clean room, really friendly staff, good covid measures, rooftop pool and bar great
Quite nice
The rooftop pool was quite cool. Great views and plenty of space as it was quiet.
It seems as if this hotel is a refit of a previous version, they've clearly spent a lot on the foyer but the rooms were quite unremarkable and the design a bit bland and badly finished in places. The glass shower screen leaked onto the bathroom floor.
Can’t really comment because of the Covid 19 regulations. Very limited on what I could do
Poor breakfast
Perfect spot in the middle of the city. super friendly staff and a nice rooftop bar
Nada
Hotel was very modern and seemed pretty new. Room was a good size with a reasonable view. Coffee and tea making facilities were a bonus. Position was excellent. Just on the edge of the old town and within easy walking distance of the main sights. The roof terrace/ bar and plunge pool were very relaxing.
There was parking at the hotel (payable) but getting info about this beforehand was a bit problematic.
Very well located.
Pool very small Not cheap
Modern, clean, very comfortable
Nothing
Spotlessly clean and comfortable Good breakfast buffet and great choice of coffee Great location for the old city and just 10 mins walk from the train station
Would prefer a light duvet on my bed rather than a sheet and blanket
Location, rooftop pool and bar, friendly staff, lovely spacious rooms.
Nothing.
Very good location, good breakfast
Staff could be more friendly
Clean and good location. The bunk beds were a great solution when travelling with a family
One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Clean room with a spacious, new bathroom. Right next to the old town. One large mattress instead of two small ones.
Parking was a hassle. Super slow elevators.
Terrace and breakfast
Hand towels in the bathroom
The hotel has a great location and walkable to all the main sights. It is clean. The lobby is very large and appealing and newly decorated/renovated but little in use. Same as the restaurant. The housekeeping is very reliable and good. The roof terrace and bar is pleasant.
The bed is a small double! Not the most comfortable, especially for two. The design of the room is odd and impractical. The bathroom is big but with unused space makes no sense. The small beauty mirror on the wall is too high for the average woman. The toiletries could be of a better standard. The breakfast is in the basement. We had it once. It was okay but eating downstairs in a noisy room isn’t that pleasant. Why not utilise the restaurant on reception level???
Lovely check in, the valentines pack was surprising.. Nice comfy bed.
Front entry rather difficult to manovor
Nothink serios nothink
Breakfast and room to small lacotion no good
It. Is very clean.
They don’t have air conditioner in winter. The rooms are too hot.
Great breakfast. Very helpful and kind workstaff
Clean , modern and comfortable relaxing stay
Been there for work, so I stayed mostly for night only. And I've been pleasantly surprised. Quiet, toned down place, no bells and whistles, but fine to chill down. Room with unexpectedly large bathroom. Breakfast is not voluminous, but has enough choices for everybody. If you don't mind walking couple of hunderds of meters, location is but secluded, but close enough to the tourist parts of Malaga.
Northern travellers – mind you, that Spaniards are used to sleep under thin sheet of fabric. So, prepare to turn up the air conditioning (for warming), or search for a blanket, which should be in the closet. Also, should you need something special at the invoice (like company address/VAT), make space for enough time before leaving to stay at the reception, seems hotel computer systems are not completely prepared for this.
Location the interiors and reception.
Would like some british tv channels !!
Spacious room, very comfortable bed, ample bathroom and all spotlessly clean and new. Tea and coffee facilities. The location is ideal because of its proximity to the city centre, yet our room was very quiet. Will definitely be our first choice of hotel for future visits to Malaga.
Nothing really.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Advise getting there early if you require parking as parking is limited. Breakfast was excellent. Very central and convenient for all the tourist sights of Malaga, yet quiet. Lovely roof terrace and (small) pool.
Nothing.
Great location, close to the center of town. Good breakfast, quiet room
Swimming pool was not heated.
Everything worked as it should. Check in was seamless. The room had a great shower (shampoo & conditioner, soap, bath gel); wifi; elevators; etc. The safe was fixed as soon as we complained.
Room temperature. They explained the heat could not be set lower than 21°C and the AC was not on yet. We opened the window and all was good.
Great location, spacious room, comfortable bed, great shower, very helpful and friendly staff.
Hot water machine at breakfast very slow and only dispensed just over half a cup. Water not hot enough to make tea.
I really like the amazing location. Everything was literally with 15 minutes walking; from the Picasso Museum, Alcazaba, Roman Theatre, the marina. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had a huge selection. And you’ll get everything at the end as you would at the beginning
When they say a pool, it’s really a paddle pool on the roof, not very impressive. Also the gym has 3 machines and is very smal. It is really a city centre hotel
A lovely hotel a short walk from Malaga Centro train station. The bedroom was decorated beautifully and included TV, mini bar, safe and kettle. Very comfortable bed. Fantastic bathroom with enormous shower and hairdryer. Staff very friendly and attentive. Enjoyed drinks on the roof terrace. Close to main attractions. Very enjoyable two night stay, would recommend
Positioned just on the edge or the old town. 7th floor only had 4 rooms and very quiet, marvellous. Lovely bedroom with great views. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would use this hotel again without hesitation.
Nothing.
Reception staff
Air conditioning limited
In general, everything was in line with our expectations. However, because of construction works in the hotel neighbourhood we had a lot of problems to find the hotel. My husband was lost despite very good GPS. Finally, after several attempts, we parked our car and found hotel walking. Maybe this unpleasent situation could have been avoided if hotel sent us message how to get there.

Excellent location in a beautiful city. Lovely staff. Comfortable rooms
Great location and lovely room
Good staff, decent breakfast buffet, comfortable beds, very clean
In a scruffy district - didn't feel too safe going out in the evenings
It’s location
Nothing
Bed vey comfy
No English speaking channels on tv
Nice clean value for money. Location.
Too few coffee in room. Breakfast buffet not that appealing at the price.
Roof top bar
Room was to smallr
Location. Very comfortable bed. Lovely pool . Polite and friendly staff. Spacious room. good breakfast amazing cakes.
We were on the fourth floor adjacent to the road so quite noisy and hot. Luckily I took ear plugs.
It’s location to the main square, restaurants & shop’s
Can’t think of any
I got a renovated room simple but done in a clever way. Renovated are good and breakfast is well balanced and generous. Shower powerful. Interesting view from room at top floor, a wish made when reserving and that they made it happen
Accessibility is not good. They retained 1960/70 original layout for elevator with split floors in the (west) side of the hotel. Access to breakfast area also not particularly ease. Perhaps access in the east side is better.
Nice hotel close to the Centre
Since Hotel Salles redecorated all rooms, rooms got much smaller and lost their old charme we liked so much from the past. Parking costs 13,-€ per night:(
It is a modern clean fresh hotel. Rooms are big and beds comfortable. The huge shower was fab. All lovely staff. What’s not to like !!!
Central location, clean and tidy at all times. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, certain staff were great and friendly, and helpful.
The bedroom was small, and when the room was cleaned in the day, things were not replaced, everything on the cheap, no milk, cup missing, extra pillows, had to requested, no quilt, it was December. Blanket supplied.Bathroom shower bottles not replaced. Towels were washed so thin, they were hard. Not 4☆.
The location was great with only a short walk to the old town and the reception was modern with lovely seating areas. The roof top terrace was also a great place to relax with good views of the city.
The room wasn't very comfortable. The bed wasnt great and the air conditioning didn't seem to work very well or the filters needed cleaning. We couldn't turn it down below 21degrees and the air quality in the room was poor when it was on. We found having the window open was better even with a very busy road below.
It’s location
Refurb taking place . Mostly finished so all shiny and new
The breakfast was fine, a lot of choice and great quality service first class, staff could not do enough to accommodate our needs. Would defo return.
Nothing
Fantastic break - really good location close for everything- breakfast great.
We went for the larger rooms, the layout was fantastic. The hotel was quiet, the bathroom was big as was the room. The location was great, walking distance from everything. Nice restaurants in the surrounding areas, likewise bars and shops. Big thank you to staff who served us a glass of wine as they had just shut the bar as we arrived at 00:05.
The bar closed at midnight and lack of room service throughout the night. Apart from that I cannot fault the hotel for anything else.
Not much
I requested a double bed, room with a view. I got a room on the first floor, very very very noisy next to taxi stop/ Mentioned it to the staff, did not really care and ignored my requests on my booking!
The bed was comfy. The shower was good. We enjoyed the roof terrace in the evening. Staff friendly & professional. Location good.
Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel impeccable. Location from city centre was perfect. Breakfast very good. Will stay there again.
Al a carte was too limited. No steak in the menu.
Location of the hotel was very good, very close to the city center.
Breakfast was excellent however quite expenssive.
Location was lovely.
The room was very small for the price and there was a smell in the room partly from the bathroom and partly from the use of a spray.
Nice facilities, nice breakfast
East to access old town but a bit far from bus and train station
The hot breakfast was not hot . Otherwise excellent
Loved the bathroom. Bar area was lovely and bar staff really friendly. Good location for central Malaga. Loved the pool roof top terrace which has a great view.
Bed was smaller than I'm used to and a bit too firm. Pillows could have been better as well.
The bathroom was nice and modern. Hotel room was clean. The breakfast was decent but limited choice for Muslims.
No free parking available and there was a lack of food choice for breakfast. No halal meat served. Reception lounge area was dated. Gym was also very basic.
Good shower room (no bath )
Receptionist Maria Jesus needs to improve her Customer service manner (all others were very nice and friendly )
Cleanliness Staff were pleasant under difficult circumstances Roof terrace Breakfast was fab
The reception, bar and restaurant were being refurbished so were all unavailable. We had booked based on the bar and restaurant being our meeting place for three couples. The booking.com rooms had a private bathroom but the room book directly with the hotel due to a card confusion on booking.com had a bathroom which had a full glass door with a modestly panel and a swing door with no door seal. This wasn't what I would expect although looking back at the photographs, the glass door is there. Due to the confined space of the reception, all conversations were overheard and there was a lot of waiting around. Having said that, the staff were pleasant under difficult circumstances, Had we known the refurb was going on, we would have booked a different hotel and one without these facilities would have cost far less. It was a special occasion and these things missing were disappointing.
The breakfast was good and the refurb on the reception/ bar area looks good
We have stayed in the sister hotel in Mallorca loads of times and never had a problem but we didn’t sleep very well for two days . Our bedroom & bed was tiny and the room was so hot . We did open the window but the area wasn’t that great so the first morning we witnessed a lady banging her head against the pavement and generally a constant flow of people getting home from a night out shouting . The second morning we had to leave early and still at 6am people flowed past the hotel being extremely noisy . Glad to get eleven hours back in my own bed !!!
The Breakfast was top.
We stayed at the hotel during the works.
Great breakfast with very attentive staff. Helpful employees at the reception. Nice, quiet room, good bed, big modern bathroom.
The "view" was somewhat limited, as the window was smallish compared to the room and situated in a corner of the room. There was no toilet brush.
Very central all ameanities within walking distance ,,rooftop pool and bar excellent food very good,,,all in a good spot ,i would go back
Roof top terrace
Lifts
Room is comfortable Good location
Location and clean rooms; shower was great
Hotel under some remodeling but still a good experience
Very well located in relation to accessing main places of interest in Malaga. Excellent choice at breakfast - perhaps a greater selection of prepared fresh fruit.
Very little just keep up your high standards of service provided by all your staff.
Location
No everything was ok
wallpaper was\s nice bathroom was large
room too small. no double bed. couldn`t open window. towel rail and mirror too high
The location was ideal for access to the main attractions and restaurants as well as the centre of Malaga. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean and the breakfast was good with hot and cold options. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient. We loved the terrace pool area where you could relax on a sun bed or have a meal or drink at one of the tables. Drinks were not that expensive and the food was good, especially the mixed salad.
Although the room was spotless, we felt that it was a little small for us and would book a larger room next time. The bathroom was almost as big as the room although this was not a complaint.
The location is good The breakfast and breakfast staff amazing It was clean
The horrible smell of drains - in room and corridor The view from balcony was horrible You have everything you need, but it’s just not a nice place to stay
Location was excellent. Bedroom was good quality. Breakfast was a good spread. Staff were helpful. Good to have parking.
Didn’t like just a glass partition between the bedroom and bathroom. Bedroom was a bit airless although I realise that was to keep the noise out.
The hotel was OK although and fairly central although the street seemed scruffy for the price. It did not feel like an upmarket location for the price charged.
Very expensive for what it was. I noticed when i checked on booking after my visit that it was offering rooms at half the price i paid the following week. Even at half the price still seems expensive. I would not stay there again and will look for alternative hotel in Malaga.
It was right on the edge of the old town, situated not too far from the train and bus station for day trips and a very easy walk to enjoy everything in old town Malaga.
Nothing, it was all good.
Nice pool area on the roof, which is unusual for a cit centre hotel. Good central location, a short walk from the main square and Cathedral.
Drinks are expensive, €13 for a G&T. No designated smoking area, so smokers congregate outside the front door, so you get to walk through 2nd hand smoke on the way in and out. Same at the pool area, smokers near non-smokers & people eating.
Location was excellent for the city and the fact we got an upgraded room was fantastic.
THere was nothing we didn't like.
Everything else
The elevator can be improved
Roof top restaurant bar and pool excellent
nothing
The terrass was very nice.
It was to noisy in the breakfastroom.
Location
Nice reception personal
Bad smell in the room
The location of the hotel was very good.
The room was rather small; there was little space in which to put our belongings. There was no stool in the bathroom nor any Kleenex box. The magnifying mirror in the bathroom was inconveniently situated. The hotel advertised a rooftop swimming pool but it was too small to swim in.
This hotel is well located very close to the old town, just 20 minutes walk from La Rosaleda and about 25/30 minutes walk from Maria Zambrano train station. Separate shower cabinet and bath with shower over in superior room.
The austere black and red furnishings will not be to everyone's taste. Thin towels (one with a hole in it); lukewarm water (until adjusted by an engineer); charges to use a business centre computer; chaotic breakfast room on Sunday morning with orange juice that was just coloured water.
Great value, good location.
Location, cleanliness, staff, easy to get to from the airport
Nothing
