The staff was very good. Manuel which works at restaurant was helpful all the time in the morning on the breakfast and in the evening on our dinners. He has great manners willing help in every situation. I would like to thank you him for making our stay so nice. The property is located in very good location in the city center very close to shops,restaurants etc.

We booked this hotel mainly because of swimming pool and sauna. Swimming pool was "fully booked" whole day and sauna was closed. That really disappointed us. We understand there must be some anti coronavirus rules but it should be known in advance.

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the City Center and a little less to the beach. The room is spacious and the bed comfortable.

The hotel is very close to the Port but the views from the rooms are more towards the buildings. The service was below average and Covid was used as an excuse for everything. No tissues, bins, kettle or coffee machine in the rooms, and very basic and minimal toiletries.

Location was fine but there are hotels with even better location for same price. Fitness was good.

Room was cold for 3 nights due to malfunctioned air conditioning. Finally on 4th day they moved us to different room. Getting decent breakfast was really difficult as staff was rushing to get everyone served.

Very clean and tidy hotel. Good location - not too far from the city centre, approximately 10 minutes walk. Heated pool, nice gym. All safety measures in place. Comfortable bed and very spacious rooms, perfect for a longer stay.

Have been staying in the hotel for 8 nights with breakfast included. Breakfasts itself are perfect, food is fresh and tasty, but not much variety. After 5th breakfasts, it was already a little boring to get the same and the same all the time, besides that it was nice. And some of the restaurant waiting staff could not speak English, which was a little bit inconvenient when selecting breakfasts.

The room was lovely but the view was to the side building and not the sea.

The air con wasn't working well as we could not set the temperature to 25 Degree C. The max ever could go was about 18 degree and we find it to be a bit cold.

Amazing hotel with chic interiors.

The hotel surprised me, for the price it is outstanding, it is spacious, very clean with lovely modern and artsy interiors. The staff are lovely and attentive and helpful. The pool is amazing.. and the beds are huge (seriously) and very comfortable. The restaurant on ground floor is also very nice and good food. Great hotel would recommend.

The hotel is a little far from the center, so be aware of that when booking. But the price makes up for this hotel is great.

Everything was clean beautiful modern! The big window makes the room so light and spacious. To see the sunrise of the sea port was nice. There is a good swimming pool for guests we enjoyed. Also it was cool to have a bathtub with red light

For the 120€ price could be a kettle with tea/coffee in the room and maybe some welcoming bottle of water. Just standard. The mini-bar fridge was empty also so you couldn't even buy it unless going down to restaurant

A great stay

Breakfast was superb, the best hotel breakfast i've ever had. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. However really warm and a bit uncomfortable during the night. Bed was super comfy and enormous. Due to covid all little extras has been removed, but was still suitable for our stay.

Location was very central to amenities, however if you want a beach holiday its the wrong end of Malaga and it is not a holiday hotel. The room was and bathroom was very comfortable and spacious.

Breakfast was a shambles. No organisation, staff running around not knowing what to do next. Insufficient staff to cope with new social distancing arrangements. Should have been a member of staff to seat, meet and greet, at least 2 to clear tables and at least 2 to bring breakfasts out inconsistent and many times our breakfast didn't arrive and we had to ask for it as they kept forgetting and this was with a structured seating time in place. Very poor.

Despite the coronavirus situation we’ve had such a great in the hotel and in Malaga in general. The rooms were perfectly cleaned everyday (as you expected while on holiday). Bed are very comfy and BIG! Gym and swimming are really convenient even though we have to book it (because of corona)

Breakfast i good apart from the coffee. Also I would have expected some changes as we’ve had the same things for 9 days... No balcony but apart from that really good stay and worth the money :)

Got food poisoning from just a salad_ vegetables only. Ruined last day. Told staff three times and they didn’t care. By chance the boss of restaurant was near when we checked out. He took salad off my bill. Sea view is a view of very industrial port.

downtown is around 1km walk so the location is good and we found free parking spots around the hotel

it's okay that in the pandemic, there are restrictions. But you should notify your guests clearly. we choose this hotel because of the fitness and wellness center. I can't use the fitness if I don't book earlier (almost impossible for the morning or evening, obviously daytime eveybody go sightseeing) but the small pool area is okay for 8 persons?? I only used once, it was enough with its cold water. In the 4 days, we don't get any new towels but the cleaning staff put our towels to another spot so we don't know which one was ours... I had to ask for toilette paper because we get only a half! one at the first day. (never ever get a used half toilette paper in a 4stars hotel in my life) At the 3rd day there was a party in the room next to us and also at the corridor. I was patient until 22h than ask the receptionist call them to stop. They stopped at 22.40 and started again around 2am...thank you

Modern and luxury design, transparent elevator with amazing view for the sea. Room was very cosy and comfortable, especially king size bed. We loved also big nice bathroom with bathtub.

Breakfast. Not the best food itself. Lack of ANY vegetables is a big minus. Tomatos, olives, or a bit of salad would be a great refreshment for that heavy food . As well we expected to have more spanish food, than fried egg and bacon with toast. Very long waiting time. Especially the ladies that worked during the week days couldn't understand english properly and handle the situation. We had to ask about bacon or bread many times because they were keep forgetting to bring it. Or we got bacon but bread 30 minutes after. In total simple breakfast took 1 hour. The male stuff from the weekend were much better organize and they serve everything fast, we finished the breakfast in 20 minutes. Swimming pool was a bit too cold as for this time of the year.

Large room, very clean, great bath and shower. Reception was very helpful. Good COVID measures.

The restaurant was bad service. We went for dinner and left without after 15 minutes and not having even been asked about drinks. Breakfast service was OK- but poor quality sausages. A lot of waste because they brought a big bowl of pastries and bread. We only ate bread, so the rest had to be dumped. Would be better to ask people what they want first.

I booked the Suite. The room was clean and the terrace is huge. The view is to the sea. The old town is 15 minutes by walk. You find gratis parking places closed to the hotel but the hotel offer parking too. The stuff are helpful and kind.

The view is to the container habour and in the morning you hear the trucks comming and going. No breakfast buffet. They said it‘s about Covid but a lot of hotels offer buffet.

This hotel gets a 3 because it has closed it's restaurant, bar, coffeeshop & stopped room service because ....of the virus. It was not obvious on the website and why should I have to look for this. Why have they closed the facilities that are one of the reasons for staying in a hotel, you might as well book an apartment. Every other restaurant, bar and coffee shop in Malaga seems to be open apart from this hotels - very odd decision. Avoid if you want any type of facility that a 4 star is supposed to offer.

Suite room was worth it

I managed to upgrade from standard ro to suite room for only 20euro per night and it was worth it. The view from the balcony is amazing, and you can lounge in the sun or have breakfast while overlooking the port of malaga. There is also a jacuzzi in the suite room which was so cool, it has water turbo and air flow adjustments. Although I like the design of the standard rooms, it looks more artsy, the suite room just looks plain and no design but cool to have much more space and huuuuge balcony. The pool was okay, it was too cold even though it was 27C when we visited. But the staff, they are the best. The service from front desk, housekeeping, to breakfast personnel. I am surprised at how the staff at breakfast manage to keep it smooth even though it's difficult due to covid restrictions. There is a queue for breakfast but the staff attend to everyone really well, and even offer juice and refreshments for those in queue. The breakfast staff are really running arounf to accommodate all guest requests because buffet is not allowed. It was also a lot of food options that you can request and generous portions so it did not seem like we were missing out on the buffet. Once, I even asked to bring the breakfast to our room so I can dine in the balcony and the staff helped me do it :)

The pool was a little cold, could be good if it was heated. We ordered a Double bed and there were two singles (but the room was upgraded). Honestly I would have prefered the double bed.

Hotel was high quality with very professional and courteous staff. The breakfast selection was above average and the portions were substantial. The bed was really comfy. Perfect for a short break to Malaga or pre flight stayover.

The hotel was excellent but the location wasn't the best for tourists. It is safe but the surroundings are residential and industrial. Not a place to book for a romantic holiday but this was my mistake and not the fault of the hotel. Breakfast is a little disjointed due to covid regulations.

One of the best hotels...

Surely, one of the best hotels in the town, almost new, well located, clean with a good quality/price ratio. The staff is really friendly and willing to help you anytime. The booked room was a standard one and large in size with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is good, like a buffet, but is served due to the Covid restrictions. Regarding the Covid, the measures taken are good.

The price of parking is a bit high.

Our room (a junior suite) was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom, sitting room and a very spacious patio overlooking the ocean. The staff were courteous, our check-in and -out was easy, and there was parking on site. It was also an easy 15 or 20 minute walk to the heart of town.

My only note was that the ocean view overlooks the port. It's not particularly scenic but it was still lovely to be able to sit outside in the warm breeze.

Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Location (in my opinion) really good, not "dead on anything" but close enough to everything. E.g. 10 mins walk from biggest and best shopping centre. Close to beach and prom (good for running along prom). 10 minutes walk from old town museums, cathedral etc

Swimming pool could be busy at certain times of day .. but hey! so what.. its a Hotel. Good gym but heaviest dumbbell only 14 kg!! Needs to get some heavier

Beautiful hotel.. our 2nd time here.. will be back and hope the breakfast will be better.. all facilities in wellness centre were excellent.. sauna turkish bath and pool perfect temperature

Unfortunatley the breakfast this morning was terrible as i explained to reception staff who apologised and said they would improve.. I hope it does because i would love to return again.

The heated swimming pool which was open from 9am until 9.30 pm. The sauna was an added bonus.

No negative comments. We think the hotel is very well run and has all the facilities we need, especially the indoor heated swimming pool. We will consider coming again in the future, especially during the winter months between October and March.

Air condition was very loud even on 1st gear and it was not working properly. Spa and pool was quite cold.
