The location
The pool decking was falling apart the sauna was not working there were no cups to get a drink of water, hardly any sun beds to accommodate persons very poor facility's

The pool area is rather nice. Nice Bar and Reception Area.
You know those hotels that look good in pictures and when you get there you realize it was a really nice hotel... just 25 years ago. Myea... Old Furniture and furnishings, rather dirty. First night. Tired from the trip. I come up to the room. Warm as a sauna. I try turning on the A/C .. doesn t work ofc. To their credit, they did repair it the same night (at 2AM) but from the discussions i had with the Staff, it s a known problem that happens rather oft. There were still food rests on the floor from then previous Guest in the Room. The minifridge in the room was not working. I told the Staff about it on 2 separate occasions. Wasnt fixed in the 4 Days i stayed there. Far from city center but at the same time not really near the Beach. Really underwhelming for the 200E a night we paid there. Would not stay there again.

Staff at the front desk were very helpful in giving information about rental cars, trains, buses, sites around the city, and dining options! Room very comfortable and clean.

Amazing staff. So helpful. Really nice, clean and modern hotel. Great breakfast. We loved the fruit and champagne.
This wasn't the hotel's fault, of course, but to get to the city centre you had to walk beside a main road and lots of sex shops... not ideal...

The rooms were fantastic. Great size. Room service was a great option, never experienced that in other Ilunion hotels. The pool is so bad. I wouldn’t stay here again as the pool gets nearly no sun.
