Located at the heart and center of the city, ideal for young people who want to enjoy the night life, did not had breakfast at the hotel, it seems due to covid restriccions, the cafeteria was closed

Very little actually, we expended just one night at the hotel, before moving to a permanent residence, it have a pool, in one of the high floors you may want to check out

The staff were fantastic especially considering the present coronavirus situation. Thank you very much for your great service. They were also very patient and flexible with my changing demands.

Everything in the room was perfect. I didn't eat at the hotel, I can not tell about the food. The location is excelent if you need to take often the train/metro at the main station. Staff is very helpful.

It's not right in the center and I didn't find any very nearby restaurant. But the hotel has a restaurant in case you don't want to walk to much...

I spend my life in hotels, this was the best customer service that I have received for some time. Carolina was efficient whilst giving a very warm welcome. Exceptional. The room was large and well furnished, quiet. Highly recommended.

Great location we were able to walk to the Old Town from our hotel.staff were professional and friendly. The breakfast was tasty and there was a large selection of breakfast foods.

There was only one trashbin in the room. Should of had one in the bedroom.

The room was on the 4th floor and had most of the facilities a traveler could expect, it's often unusual to see tea and coffee facilities in a hotel room in Spain, but there were a kettle and a choice of tea, coffee and herb teas. The bed was huge and comfortable and the pillow menu made it a good night's sleep, luxury! I liked the location because it was near the bus and rail station and taxis and I had an early flight on the day of my departure. The hotel was also a short walk from a shopping mall, restaurants, and good tapas bars. I appreciated free wifi.

There were no instructions on how to watch the tv in different languages. The heating seemed to be set at 24 degrees Celcius, I found this too hot and tried to make adjustments. When I looked again later it had reset to 24 again.

Everything was perfect. The stuff was very polite and friendly, had a lot of helpful advice. The room was even prettier than in the photos, the bed very big and comfortable. They left free water for us and personalized message cards in the room which was very nice. We enjoyed staying in this hotel very much.

I couldn't get my money back for the first booking I made for the 9th and 10th. Plane cancelled due to stormy winds.. Hence the second booking for 13th and 14th. The storm is not the hotels fault though agreed.

Great hotel with very convenient location 2 min walk from the train station. Booked the cheapest room here, but got a free upgrade to a room with a terrace on top floor, what a pleasant surpirse! Thanks to a friendly staff for that :) Breakfast was also nice, with good variety of choices.

Good choices of fresh fruit excellent coffee helpful staff. Layout of hotel was charming with court yards and fountains. Rooms big and cool with lovely decor.

Fabulous hotel in a very convenient location! Chec in was easy/friendly and professional. Really comfortable rooms with no expense spared to make the room modern/comfortable and luxurious! Fantastic breakfast! Would highly recommend if in central malaga

I had a room with a balcony. The bed and pillow were very comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean as you would hope to expect. I liked the fact that the hotel was a 2 minute walk from the train station and I could get a bus to central across the road from the hotel. The front desk staff were polite and helpful and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

No air conditioning in the gym. I can't think of anything else.

Nearby the train and bus station, also Vialia shopping mall is just 3 minute walking distance. There are cafes and restaurants in the area too.We were upgraded to a nice room which is clean with a big bathroom and a balcony where we can enjoy the sunshine and have a view of the city as well. We enjoyed staying in this hotel !

It was wonderful! The facilities were great, and the price was more than affordable. Definitely recommended.

Bed was super comfortable and very large. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Showerhead was not watertight so was spraying in random directions, especially the large one overhead. Hot breakfast items were cold on both days.

Great location next to the station but only a 10 minute walk to the start of the old town. Very helpful staff who told us where to go to enjoy things like the christmas light show. Lovely room with a terrace and views towards the castle.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past, as it is very convenient for Maria Zambrano train station; just a couple of minutes walk. The hotel is very clean & comfortable, and breakfast is very good.

Having to wait in line to check-in and check-out, especially when 3 or 4 people in front of you. Everything else was very good and we enjoyed our one night en route layover.

- the hotel was just amazing - we had a room upgrade and received a room with a terrace to the top floor, which was just perfect to close our holiday in Andalucia - the room was very clean and large - the bed was very large and very comfortable - we had to pay for the breakfast in the morning, but it had a lot of options to choose from - the location was pretty close to a bus station and we could go to the city center by bus

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Beautiful room, great breakfast and friendly staff. Close to the airport and train station. It's a 20 min walk to the city center, but there's also a bus running. Totally recommended!

We chose Eurostars to be close to the station for our transfer. Right in the centre but nice and quiet and great views from our 4th floor room. Huge comfy bed. Friendly and very helpful staff.

This is the second time we stayed her as we liked it so much the first time. This is our go to hotel when flying out of the Malaga airport. Not super close by but only about 10-15min drive to the airport and it is very comfortable.

Just a 3 minute walk to the bus station from which we were catching a bus to Granada, so we didn't have to carry our bags very far. Only a 10 minute walk into town and the beach. The terrace was lovely and as it was sheltered by other buildings didn't get too hot. There was also a good light so we could read before bed. The beds were comfortable with firm mattresses. The air conditioning was quiet. There was a sofa in the room as well which was very comfortable. The desk staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The food in the restaurant and the breakfast was OK but nothing special. The restaurant staff weren't very helpful, more interested in the larger parties. The soundproofing was not very good considering the amount of traffic on the streets around the hotel

My room on the 6th floor has a fabulous patio area. The bathroom had a bath and shower with lovely toiletries.

The buffet evening meal could have been better, people qued for food . The food was not hot when I finally got to the buffet, The staff were all very friendly and helpful .

The fact that it is very near the train station. We found sweets on our bed and in the evening a waiter came to our room with a tray of cakes and a bottle of mineral water ,courtesy of the hotel. . I thought that was a very nice gesture

I and my friends (boys and girls) really appreciated everything, sercotel is clean, placed in good position, close to beach and hystori Al center and all people who work are polite and well prepared. Mostly I need and want to thank receptionists Carolina and Beatriz, they were fantastic with us, they advised us for restaurants, roof bar and what to visit... They were perfect!! Of course I'll be back again Sercotel. Thanks to all the staff, to Beatriz and Carolina!

Location is great for transferring from buses to airport

My daughter stayed there and said it was nice but not near the park and some of the prettier parts of Malaga. Sounds like it was a great hotel otherwise! Thanks
