You could hear through the walls especially showers and taps. Gym didn’t open till 10.00 in the Morning.

Location is good for bars, restaurants and close to the sea front. Good choice of food for breakfast.

No way to make a hot drink in the rooms. A lot of noise filtered into our room from the corridors and the open area next to our room.

Hard beds and pillows, not much change in choice of desserts and ground floor toilets need a more regular clean

The Lady at reception was really nice and so helpful, and all the staff in general were well trained and so nice, the food was well presented and a great selection, overall the Hotel is very good and great location. outstanding value we got 3 nights half board €171 for my wife and I.....

Parking was €10 a day a rip off really. the rooms were very hot no-air con at the moment they told us, we opened the patio door and we were all bits in the morning the Mossies had a feast.....the mini bar in the fridge was well stocked but no opener to open the bottles, entertainment was really bad as well.....

Meals were great, fantastic choices and something for everyone. Location is great for the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. The railway station is quite a walk away and uphill but there are plenty of buses going there and to Torremolinos and Malaga and further down the coast Fuengirola, Marbella etc.

Most staff pleasant always exception and someone let's side down gardens nice but sun loungers very shabby and parasols again shabby let's hotel down big time!!!!

Booked premium room bathroom mould around Bath not what you expect in any room let alone premium room which paid lot more for. Towels awful very poor quality in fact atrocious. If you looked down from balcony was extremely shabby great shame as parts of hotel OK would not recommend as around hotel very shabby and road in front noisy. Shame some improvements needed.

Place was lovely very clean great food rooms were excellent and close to the town

only fault front desk staff aren't that helpful compared to rest of staff and no kettle in room in which I found very poor for long stay other than that was great

Comfy beds, nice food, friendly staff.

Cleanliness of the room wasn't the best. Found someone else's hair in the bathroom and in the bed when arrived in the first day. Also, bathroom could have been more clean.

Had a tree in front of are room we were in room 141 so wee couldn't see anything and the noise from hall all night was bad with kids running up and down and people being loud we had are 4month old with us so was afraid of him being woke from asleep.

We liked Carlos from reception and the Bar Staff were great! Beds are lovely. Evening shows, although dated, were entertaining. Enjoyed the sauna and steam room.

We had a problem with the parking and actually got shouted at by a receptionists! We booked the Premium Rooms, which were the furthest away from everytng.

Free on street parking outside. Close to the beach.

Needs to be taken care of. The hotel is in need of some work in general.

The staff were all very friendly and the gardens were beautiful, there was a good choice for breakfast

As we went in December it would have been nice to have a room which got the sun all day but we know for next time

Some operators very well run we had dinner and breakfast included no delays never ran out if food and there were many many people to cater for,only bad thing was a smell of sewage in bathroom

The reception desk staff were very helpful.

The beds were uncomfortable. The decor very sparse and basic. The toiletries were not good quality. The breakfast staff were unhelpful when I forgot my ticket for breakfast on one morning and the breakfast buffet is extremely disjointed.

The food was not up to the standard I have came to expect from this hotel it was either undercooked or overcooked
