It was very modern and clean and luxurious. My partner and I just got engaged and they prepared the room with rose petals and champagne, it was perfect! The staff were very nice! It was expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. The lobby is just gorgeous! And our room was always left immaculately after the cleaner had been in, she did a great job!

Unfortunately with covid restrictions you can’t pour your own juices breakfast and need someone to pour it for you, it would be nice if they came around with juice more often...

Top of the range Malaga...

The hotel is modern and quite spectacular. Certainly the best in Malaga. If you have the budget, best to get a room with a sea view. Worth it!

Immediately around the area there isn't a great deal to do. Expect to have to walk a fair bit to soak up the sights of Malaga. The port is nearby but not very exciting.

Excellent room with lovely view! Spa was wonderful, as well as food and the hotel is beautiful. Definitely hope to return!

Roof top bar was closed for more than half the time I was there. Very slow service at pool and in bar next to pool.

Fabulous hotel, Staff were lovely...

This is by far the nicest hotel in Malaga. From the moment you walk in the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We were given a beautiful Moroccan style bedroom on the side which was lovely and quiet. The view was a bit restrictive but that didn’t matter. The cleaning staff were wonderful. A true 5 star hotel right next to the old town and overlooking the beach.

Minor things was the shower pressure wasn’t great and the drinks a little bit expensive but it is a 5 star hotel so what can you expect.

Great palace, historic buliding but with all modern amenities. Extremely clean to deal wih covid 19 challenges. Marble Pool was very nice. Staff was extremely helpful and professional and all with a smile. Breakfast was great, served on a nice terrace...worth noting they found a way to propose a breakfast buffet with all the new safety measures required because of Covid. We hope to come back soon and have a longer stay. We can only recommend this palace. Free car park on-site, which is pretty rare,

Dinner was fine but a bit below our expectations considering the overall very high quality of other services. Bed was a bit hard for us (but we are difficult ;-))

Brilliant location, beautiful hotel, views of the beach fantastic. Staff friendly & efficient. Only drawback, guests putting their towels around the pool first thing, meant no seating. It was like that all day every day. So I didn’t get to enjoy the pool at all.

Breakfast could have been better (just for that kind of property). Difficult to get staff’s attention.

Rooms were cleaned at least twice a day. Staff were willing to help you with almost anything including getting your taxis for which you waited all if 2 minutes for, recommending hotels and general advice.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in! It is a literal palace on every level. The service is exemplary, the room was amazing, the Spa is incredible and the grounds are outstanding. I will be returning in the future.

Nice Luxury hotel

Stunning building with lovely staff and short walk into the old town. Attention to detail was excellent such as usb charging points, selection of pillows and coffee machine. Very good underground parking at the hotel with valet parking if needed. Outside pool was a good size and the terrace overlooking the pool and sea a lovely place to relax.

The hotel is very luxurious and the staff are excellent especially at Reception. We asked to change rooms for one with a balcony and the request was dealt with immediately. Very impressive

Even a hotel guest has to pay 25 euros for just a swim in the indoor swimmingpool, without any wellness treatment! I wonder if dress code should be imposed again?

Excellent choice at breakfast, all good produce and eggs well prepared fresh from kitchen. Beautifully located breakfast room.

We were staying during January and bad weather. The bar and terrace at the top of the hotel were closed. The hotel did not have an intimate or dedicated Bar which we missed. Drinks were served in the large lounge which whilst impressive was impersonal and lacked atmosphere.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The Christmas decorations were brilliant. The Christmas Eve event was brilliant. Rooms were the cheapest ones so were not particularly large but had a great bathroom and all facilities needed.

The price for parking was 25€ per night. The main restaurant where we ate on Christmas Day was disappointing, service and actual food.

Our room was spacious and very cozy. We requested a quiet room and we were given one. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The wellness was very relaxing. The diner in the restaurant was great with very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is beautifully decorated the entrance is so grand with beautiful flower displays. The staff were so helpful and friendly we even had a glass of cava on arrival. We had the 90 minute spa session which was fab. Amazing hotel and facilities.

Liked the location- close to town and the seafront. The staff were friendly and very accommodating- my husband and I are vegetarians and they made us suitable food. Lovely hotel. Housekeeping was excellent.

There was no iron in the room.! Would’ve liked a sea facing room which we had requested but were given a city facing room.

For the asking price, all things were right. The location is beautifully laid out. Extremely friendly and professional staff.

Was disappointed that the rooftop terrace was not open when we visited. It would be nice to use the spa at no extra cost. A kettle in the room to make tea would be useful.

The room was nice and we had a partial view of the ocean. The Wifi was fast and reliable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and very professional. The restaurant recommendations were extremely good and honest.

Our room was a connecting room. Although it was locked, we could hear almost everything from the neighbor. So that was a bit annoying. The breakfast was nice, but for the price, I would have expected more selections.

Amazing buffet breakfast. Clean and high standard. Good sized rooms with stylish decor throughout the entire hotel. The lights automatically turned on as you walked close to them through the halls.

A few surrounding buildings where a little ugly and dirty. The pool was not a heated pool during winter. The roof top terrace is closed during winter.

Everyone working here are attentive and polite. This is our second visit and we will return.

There is a warm welcoming feel to the hotel created by friendly helpful staff. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The restaurant for breakfast is exceptional. A wide choice of food and attentive staff.

The hotel breaths 5 stars all over! Staff was very welcoming and professional. The hall is stunning and overall the hotel is breathtaking. Especially at night!

The Spa should be open until at least 10, now we arrived at 7pm and we were told it closed at 8 pm plus there was a cost of €25 a person which I think is not good if you pay almost €500 a night
