The AC was good, there were extra pillows and blankets. The location was okay; it wasn't in the center but still walking distane The elevator was wierd sometimes it said that the maximum wight was reached when it clearly wasn't
Nice and clean room, good location. Very noisy, you could hear people talking and walking outside or water flushed in a neighboring room. I also booked a double room but got a twin room instead
Fantastic location on a street that has many great restaurants and bars! No fitness Center
Walking distance from pretty much everything (bars, restaurants, palace, etc) but the museums (Prado and Reina Sofia). Good taste in the choice of furniture and design. We had a room that was facing the interior "courtyard" which is in fact the hotel restaurant/bar, which makes it really noisy, impossible to sleep before 2am if you're lucky even with good earplugs. Sometimes it seems that the restaurant staff makes more noise than the clients. There is also no space reserved for the hotel clients such as a lobby or anything.
Very good location, 10 mins from Plaza Mayor walking; 5 mins walking from Palacio Real. 2 mins walking from Basilica San Francisco El Grande.
clean, close to metro station the noise from the street
The room, although small, was very clean and safe. Its aircon unit is new. The hotel's location is superb as it is walking distance to major tourist destinations and the underground metro that connects you to other parts of Madrid. Perhaps a more prominent signage of the name of the hotel can be placed on the building or the main entrance door, particularly on the buzzer, so guests will easily see which button to press to contact the hotel's receptionist in opening the door.
nothing is good in the hotel everything was terrible. it vas very dirty and bad smelling, it was impossible to sleep on those beds. ı never advise to anybody. my only recommendation is to the Booking.com that, they should expel this awfful hotel from their diroctory.
