Nice staff at the reception. I got an upgrade for free. Room was really spacious and had a balcony with nice view. All necessary toiletries were provided so there is no need to take them from home. The hotel is not far from atocha station and Museo del Prado.

The staff was incredibly helpful and the location was perfect. From the hotel, it is easy to walk almost anywhere in Madrid Centro.
The shower pan was a bit small. I felt as though we were going to flood the bathroom. But once we determined the right water pressure, we were fine.

Very very noisy rooms, we stayed 3 nights and every night it was very noisy. The pool was not heated when we wanted to use it. Our bed was two single beds pushed together, not sure why as there's no twin room options.. big gap inbetween the mattresses really annoying!!
