Comfortable bed and the 24 hour reception
Small rooms. There was dust on our bedside shelfs.

The receptionist at our arrival on Saturday 12th Oct at 5 pm was pretty arrogant, answering basic questions seemed to be disturbing (do we mean it seriously aksing: what do they serve for breakfast or how to get to the parking place which when pronouncing it in French made it impossible for us to figure out, or simply not mentioning at all how to get to the rooms, how to enter the building at night,..) We have chosen the hotel because of its private parking - it was however full when we arrived -> would be fine to know about this possible limitation upfront incl. provide the alternative possibilities where to park near the hotel We would appretiate the small toilettries in the bathroom ;)
