Very comfortable trip

Staff were friendly, thoughtful and very accommodating. I had various last-minute requests relating to my trip, and they were always very helpful and efficient! The room was warm and very comfortable, and the hotel is excellently located for guests who need to travel in and out of the city via train.

The tv was mounted on a gypsum board wall, which is very weak and caused the tv to fell off. My opinion is to put it on a table or something. My room was 38.

- Room is like brandnew, spotless clean and the Bed Is very comfy. TV is really small, but to listen Music Channels fine. - Staff Is very nice and friendly. - Located very close to the Train Station.

- The "Croissants" and "Pain au lait" are tasteless by the Breakfast. In general the Breakfast is good, like Fresh Orange Juice and Cheese and "Charcuterie". Scrambled eggs could be a bit more cooked, as it was for me to raw. - Shampoo and Soap are all Bio, that is good but they smell really weird.

A hotel that is exceptionally...

The staff were professional and friendly and the location, next to the train and bus stations in the centre of Luxembourg, was exceptional. The check-in process was simple and easy, and the rooms were to a high standard and very clean. Given the current COVID restrictions the hotel was very well managed and appeared safe. I would recommend staying in the hotel to colleagues who look to travel to Luxembourg for business related activities.

The cost of the hotel was high but considering the cost of accommodation in Luxembourg and the proximity it was acceptable to the requirement. The breakfast was a little disappointing, but this could have been due to the COVID restrictions.

Great central Hotel, good value...

We loved our stay here ! The staff was super helpful and service minded , they made us feel very welcome ! The room was really nice, it was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very big and very comfortable. There was a minibar and a safe in the room, pluss coffee facilities. It has a very good location, not fare from the train station. You have restaurants and shops right outside the door. It is just a short walk to city center , i think around 8-9 minutes but there is lot's to see on the way. You can use a parking garage close by for 17 euros, just drive in, not fare from the Hotel, just 3-4 min walk. You pay at the reception. Super easy ! I would love to stay here again next time in this city !

Very clean and quiet room. It was like brand new, with a modern deco and nice bathroom. The staff was very polite as well.

Very clean spacious room. Good choice of tasty breakfast. Only 5 minutes walk from train station and 20 minutes walk from old town. Staff really nice and helpful. Hotel was recently refurbished so everything is so new, clean and fresh.

Good offer/price for car parking (2 mins walking from the hotel) Special thanks to the receptionist who was very helpful, kind and friendly. He gave us the city map and Luxembourg spotlight book. Then he recommended us some places that we must go which made our trip a lot easier. We really appreciated your kindness! The Location is fantastic, close to Gare Centre and many restaurants, supermarket,vv. The room was comfortable, bright and clean. We would definitely come back here if we visit Luxembourg again!

When I booked the room we got a free upgrade, which was nice of course! When we got into the room, it was really clean, big and well designed. I love quality and i always pay attention to the details and this room was beyond expectations. The bed was really comfortable as well. The view was good. The location was good also, we walked to the shopping centre once and we took a bus to "Grund" (we could have walked but the public transportation is free). Staff was kind and helpful, the hotel provided us with lots of information/activities about the city and the country. I would definitely come back to this hotel! And I would recommend this hotel to others. I Stayed here during Covid-19. The hotel told us about the regulations for Covid-19 which was really helpful and there were plenty of stations in the hotel to disinfect our hands.

Around the block of the hotel are a lot of people just hanging around the block. We stayed in the weekend, I don't know if it's any different during the week but is was a bit shifty. Of course the hotel can't do anything about this so it didn't affect my stay.

The seedy neighbourhood

Located in the city center, 10 minutes by taxi from airport. Good and healthy breakfast, nicely furnitured and calm rooms

The facilities were excellent and the whole experience was excellent for a sole female traveller. I felt warm and safe. The location to the Luxembourg train station was exceptional. Would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

The location was great. Our room was large and comfortable. Special kudos to the front desk staff of Patrick, Peggy and Catia. They were welcoming and incredibly helpful to two travellers who didn’t know the city.

One of the best hotels in Luxembourg, a very expensive city, for those who, like me, are there for the European Commission. Although the neighborhood is not the best, it is just in front of the train station and of the airport shuttle bus. The structure has been just renovated, rooms are really sound proof and the breakfast is excellent. Will book there again for sure.
