Pros:Friendly staff the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Good climate control in room.
Cons:Shower head didn't work properly. Tub wasn't cleaned. Breakfast was lacking.
Pros:The room, for the value, was very nice. The pool and spa were also very nice.
Cons:The hotel had apparently allowed a group of local people, who were not staying at the hotel, to book a birthday party at the pool. There were, no exaggeration, about 35-40 people in the pool and hot tub while we were trying to use it. They kept letting eachother in through the side doors, no room keys. They had a grill and were cooking burgers and hot dogs, they had large speakers set up, and all this was doing on from about 8:30-midnight. There were kids jumping in and splashing and screaming all around us until we finally gave up on the pool and went to our room. (We have small children, so the indoor pool and hottub are required criteria for us when booking a hotel. Our younger children were hard to keep track of in that mass of older kids, and bigger kids kept jumping in right next to them and nearly sinking our littles.) When we did give up on swimming and go to our room, we could still hear them running down the hallway and yelling every now and then for a few more hours. Also, the group in the room above us must have had littles and they were jumping off furniture and running back and forth and back and forth until midnight. We couldn't sleep. We called the front desk to notify of the noise, they got quieter for about 20 min, then started right back up again. We have little ones, so I get the noise. We do understand how hard it can be to keep them quiet, but this was truly excessive. They were litteraly running back and forth in the room for hours and jumping off the beds. We were awake half the night from all the noise around us. I was quiet disappointed as we were drawn to this hotel for the great looking pool and hot tub, that we then couldn't enjoy using, and after that, we could not even sleep. They won't get our business again.
Cons:bed was hard and the walls were thin so it was noisy and hard to sleep. the hot tub was broken.
Pros:Not much to like. Location is ok.
Cons:Tried this place because it was about $20 less per night than the hotel I usually stay at while in Lubbock. Dusty. Floor was not vacuumed well, actual bits of trash on floor. Filthy bathroom floor tile area. Wiped it with a wet rag and it was black instantly. Tub seemed dirty too. There was a filthy wash cloth left on the shower curtain from their attempt at cleaning the bathroom I have to guess. Disgusting stained love seat I wouldn't sit on. Dead bolt wouldn't lock. Desk chair was completely broken, they did bring me another right after checking in. Notepad that's left on the desk for you was completely water stained all the way through and curled up. I wrote these things on the pad and brought it to the front desk in the morning. The woman at the front desk was very nice and gave me another room which was better but still nowhere as clean as if like it. The dirty desk chair in this new room was very worn out, the pleather was breaking apart. Definitely won't stay here again.

Cons:The pool was closed. My kids were looking forward to that and that is the main reason I got this motel.

Pros:Great Place to stay "will" go back !!! Got in with short notice, rooms are clean , staff friendly and helpful. Great location 10 min. from most major attractions ,Mall Texas Tech, Depot District, Lubbock Christian, I wish I would have used this one sooner . TWO THUMBS UP !!!!!
