It's not worth the money you pay to stay here. The rooms are dirty, the shower and it smelled like fungus! They dont offer any soap. For another 20 dollars I'd feel comfortable in a Motel 6. Parking was highly limited.
Nothing Small room ...... way too many roaches
the price parking was terrible, bed was terrible and the room in general.
Never ever again in our lives! We were greeted by a horrible staff, the only reason we booked the hotel was the included parking. When we got there they refused to give us the key for the parking gate, although there was eniugh parking. Dirty rooms, awful beds, and disgussting shower curtain! My advice to you is to never stay there in case you are thinking to do so! Absolutely nothing!
Absolutely nothing about the whole experience. Managers woke me up 5 times demanding for me to pay before my check out time. No spare beds, no amenities, no parking as advertised. Toilet didn't work, water took very long to get warm. Manager started yelling at me and yelling get out get out even when I offered my credit card for an additional day to stay. I don't know how these people are allowed to stay in business with this terrible place and customer service. Everything- note above box
The staff is very rude, rooms are tiny small, very bad location, the there is no parking spaces available. Only 4! Do not go, you'll just waste your money. Better off paying the extra $20-$30.
Nothing at all Every thing was bad
The worst parking. Unfriendly staff. Weird and scary people around and inside the hotel. Don't go there.
McDonald's is close Rooms are extremely small and host are extremely rude has roaches
air conditioner; shower and bathroom; cable TV; and washing and drier machine (cheap); and clean bed. Microwave owen outside. Close to the subway and bus station. MacDonald close too. dirty carpet; check out too early (10:30).
The room was pleasantly clean, and the windows thick enough to drown out more city noise than we expected. Older model TV and full size bed for the two of us was nostalgic and almost romantic. The water pressure is AMAZING. Seriously for LA it's flipping luxe. We did see one baby cockroach but in LA you're going to see cockroaches. No fridge in the rooms probably contributes to that issue but the hotel combats it well. When my car was impounded (see other half of my review) they called a taxi service for me, who charged triple for both trips needed than what showed on the display but that is the taxi company's issue not the hotels. I told the night clerk where I had parked on the street and that I wouldn't be leaving until about 10AM. I came in after midnight and was literally wobbling back and forth from fatigue having just worked a full shift and then hopped on a plane to pick up a rental car and unceremoniously drop myself before her feet at nearly 1AM. She didn't bother to mention that the street parking I explicitly told her I was using was a no parking zone from 7-9AM. I accept that I should have somehow known to read the one sign that is before the hotel entrance but a tiny bit of customer service with a friendly heads up that the street parking wouldn't work after 7AM or a courtesy knock on the door when they brought the tow truck up to impound my rental (whose licence plate she insisted I record at check in) would have been nice.
The customer service was great, they were always friendly. It was clean, until the last day when we were preparing to check out a big roach crawled out of a hole.
