Location, friendly staff, great breakfast
The wind howling past the room all night meant I slept very poorly (due to the position/side of the hotel we were on), and the room was very small for two people, so would not look to be in one of the top arch rooms again next time we stay.

We have stayed on several occasions at this hotel. We love the hotel, position and staff are great. At the end of a long day it is lovely to leave the bustle of the city and come out to the dockside to enjoy the wonderful restaurants and bars on offer

Free boat to take you to Canary Wharf, really comfy bed, quiet room. breakfast out of this world, nice bar.
Thought it was closer to the O2 - still only had to get the ferry, walk to the tube for just one stop but certainly not possible to walk.

All very well. Nothing to complain about.
We were there as a couple on our Honeymoon. Also my wifes Birthday on the 9th of Feb. I did mention that booking time but no special tretment. Was a bit disappointing.
