During check out reception tried to charge for stuff in minibar I didn't use (used 2 items, was charged for 4 or 5). Absolutely unprofessional for hotel and awkward and offensive for me. Your guests have to prove something and blush for mistakes of your staff. It is not something you expect in good hotel Rooms are quite small Only two sockets in room for two

It was clean.bright and modern. The staff were very helpful and prices of food and drink was reasonable.
Our room, as well as many others faced the internal courtyard which is where the bins for the hotel and many other properties. It seems ths Portugese thinks it's a good idea to collect the bins at midnight. The sounds of hundreds of glass bottles being smashed to pieces is pretty loud. Also the plumbing system is extremely noisy. Every time the room above used the sink or toilet, we could hear it louder than if it was our own. When they used the shower (think 6 am!!!) It was like trying to sleep behind a waterfall. Didn't get one decent nights sleep.

“We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was modern and very clean. The Italian restaurant in the hotel is also excellent. The hotel is very close to the Metro - we arrived at Lisbon airport and were able to take the Metro from there to the hotel, so it's very convenient and no need to pay for a taxi. We were there in March, so the hotel probably gets busier in the summer months, but it was very quiet and we didn't hear any noise from neighbouring rooms at all.”
