Just the location is pretty good!

You should not expect a lot of comfort for the price but it is nice and clean and the staff is friendly. Better than many other similarly priced hotels in Lisbon. There is in option to store your luggage for some time if you want to spend the rest of the day in Lisbon after checkout and then pick up the luggage later. They got free WiFi which worked very well. Rooms are equipped very differently but overall there's everything you need.
Hotel is close to a a metro station and located very centrally, however, the surrounding area is not nice at all. There's an army of drug dealers and homeless people all over the place and it is very noisy. Not the hotel's fault though.

The night manager waited an extra forty minutes late and night for us as our flight arrival time was about an hour late. He could not have been more welcoming even though he must have been keen to get off home.
We cannot think of anything we did not like . . . we will definitely be booking again. And will recommend to others visiting Lisbon

This resort was even better than we imagined. The food, location, facilities, room, staff... were fabulous! Highly recommended!
