My bedroom cupboard sliding door was faulty and kept on dropping off the rail which was a hazzle since doors were heavy . Problem was not resolved properly after I reported it.

Excellent experience for a first trip to Portugal
The staff at this hotel are just amazing...! From the welcome they provide to the ease with which they processed requests. The restaurant is also excellent. We had 2 dinners that were great. Would love to visit again and highly recommend.
