Dirty and smelly spa, bad room service also room service people didn't speak English. They parked our car without telling us that there is cost for parking

Nothing. I do not recomand anybody 2 go there, bad service, bad atmosphire, not clean enough. disappointing.
The Hotel supposed 2 b Spa hotel, but the tinny Spa is unbelievebly cold, the water are freezing and it is very crowdy, Disappointing.

The hotel is very clean with spacious rooms and bathrooms, the staff are friendly and quite helpful. The free internet access in the lobby was extremely helpful. I would really recommend it.

Bar and restaurant very expensive. Location adjacent shopping centre(s) but no local bars & restaurants, a taxi is called for to go to anywhere of interest.
