very nice accomodation, very clean bathrooms and nice bedroom.
but not making it to the check-in time (until 7pm), I started calling 10 times before 7 pm and no answer at all. tried about another 10 times and still no answer and the phone number which not worked. finally after waiting 5/10 minutes before the entrance of the guesthouse (a friendly neighbour opened us the door, so we could knock on the door on the 3rd floor), I tried phoning again and as a surprise they answered. An employer came 20 minutes later hopefully and the stay was very awesome.

Excellent clean spaces, the breakfast is good as well, we used the kitchen for lunch and it was super clean as well as the three bathrooms.
Its a little far from the city center, but good conections with buses and underground. There was no a TV in the room :(
