The staff was very friendly. I really liked the on site restaurant. The locations was very convenient. The bathroom in my room was a little dated and dingy.
We found the service to be good. The room was clean and parking was relatively easy. I think we lucked out in the timing. We had a very quiet stay, but the room came with ear plugs. Maybe guests should check what events are happening at Rupp Arena before booking.

We liked everything about our stay, from the comfortable room to the gorgeous pool. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
good location, good linens, good on-site restaurant and bar. Need more window sound insulation, I had to change rooms after first night due to both traffic and HVAC noise that was so bad that I did not get any sleep. first room smelled like it had been smoked in. Second room was much better for traffic and no HVAC noise. Very noisy door slam sounds down the hallway and generally thin walls, could hear people in room next door sneeze and converse. My last stay at Hyatt in Cambridge, MD was far superior to this property.
The location was great, the rooms were comfortable. The staff was accommadating when I called requesting to check in early. The room could have been a bit cleaner. I saw floss on the floor between the bathroom and the room which was not from me. It is nice being in the city center but it is also very loud, they do offer ear plugs though. Lots of sirens in the city.
Comfortable bed Needs frig. Room smelled musty. Credit card swipe on vending machine in pool area didn't work. Small ice bucket.
The location was terrific. We were in Lexington for a wedding and there was a UK basketball game so traffic and parking were difficult. We couldn't be guaranteed a parking spot. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking and check in. I booked through booking.com and prepaid 6 months in advance. I reserved 3 rooms and they couldn't find my reservation. Told me I had to call booking.com even though I had a paper receipt. It took me an hour and 15 minutes to check in!
The location was within walking distance to about everything. The only positive. The room was small and had no refrigerator. The air didn't get that cold and something in the room made my nose congested and I could not sleep. This went away almost instantly after I went outside. Also you have to pay $10 a night to park in the garage. For Hilton money shouldn't you get a parking spot? I think so. Won't be back.
I was very impressed with the staff and how accommodating they were. Top-of-the-line hospitality as well as convenient bar and restaurant located in the lobby. Close to everything downtown and valet parking! Unfortunately I had an issue with being double-charged. Normally this would not be an issue, but for whatever reason the hold on my card kept me from staying at another hotel later in the week which was very inconvenient. Had it not been a holiday weekend this would not have upset me as much as it did.
The hotel is creepy and the service is horrendous.
The staff and the location were great! The mattress was awesome. However, the room was very dark. There was lose and broken tile in the bathroom. There was finger print marks from a prior occupant on the door frame of the bathroom....likely a women, it was make up. Not really accommodations worthy of 3 stars. Scalded by shower having to use 2 knobs turning opposite directions in the shower.
The location Front desk staff is just OK. Nice enough, but after staying here once a month I am weary. Waiting to check out in the morning while yet another lengthy personal call takes place, struggling with luggage ( do you need help? That never comes around and actually HELPS). Blank looks when you ask for restaurant recomendations, or God forbid, Directions!!!! I left behind a phone charger 2 stays ago, my bad, but 4 messages to housekeeping never returned. After all this I found out the lost and found box is at the front desk!!! Dumped monthly though. The killer was an important business meeting ( reason for trip!) scheduled at Distilled, front desk assured me they would be open on Monday at Sunday night check in. Guess what? Suddenly closed when I walked in for the meeting. ( a few food choices grabbed from the local convenience store were offered) we used Yelp to find a place to eat. And I have yet to stay in a room that does not have a leaky running sink or noisy running toilet. No overhead lights in rooms, so most are very dim ( you need 4 light sources in a room for it to be well lit, not just 2 bed side table lamps) Small things, but all easy to fix. This could be a great hotel if management would actually RUN it.
