Valet Parking is free
Spa prices are too expensive
Still could use updates
It was a regular hotel nothing extravagant simply decorated. I paid for an upgraded suite which was supposed to be newly renovated and larger. My tub had was chipping and the was not larger because my friend who didn’t get the upgrade had the same size room and her she had a spa bathroom . Better cleaning found tons of hair on the floor
More wow factor. Better cleaning my friends found tons of hair on the floor
Staff greeting. Automatic upgrade consideration.
Poor directions to get to the room once checked in. The route to get to the room was not very appealing. Thank God for the upgrade.
The buffet was not up to Vegas standards. The pasta bar was great, but the rest was dried out and needed refreshing. I went twice and it was the same both times.
The atmosphere was fun and the view was nice
Cigarette burns on the sheets, no security when verbally accosted by a man wanting to use our cell phones at the front entrance.
Poor Customer Service
Our door wouldn't lock, and we realized this just prior to meeting friends to go out. We had to call 3 times (over an hour and 15 minutes) and were told that they would move us to a new room and a bellman would be right up to move us. A maintenance person showed up to work on the room 5 minutes prior to the bellman showing up and dropping off a new key and walking away. We were given a credit and the impression that we were inconveniencing them. Won't be staying here again and I recommend finding another hotel on the strip.
Room very comfortable. However, No coffee, microwave, or refrigerator. They want you to buy their overpriced stuff. Good location on the strip.
You pay $30/day for a "resort fee" and when you get to the pool, there's many chairs with a "reserve" sign. They want you to pay more for their cabanas. It was difficult to get chairs and spots on the pool.
Roon was hot
Pool closed early
Good hotel /bad Kayak
I liked the hotel. It was a great value!
Kayak advertised the resort fee as "optional." It was Not!
I do not like the resort fee. The hotel was very good.
