GoodSep 20196.7
Very comfortable bed, location is ok, Multiple pillows options 2 rooms services per day Service at the pool was good Provide sunscreen
not as high standing as other four seasons worldwide! It’s actually a Mandalay Bay +, not a four seasons! Pool is just ok, service just ok, didn’t feel privileged like other four seasons. Called for soap 3 times took 30 minutes....

I did not like that it was part of the Mandalay Bay Hotel. It was on the top 5 floors. That was not in the reservation. There was also a charge for every single thing, unlike other hotels in Vegas. Staff was great, as always. Decor much better at other Four Seasons. Also the location puts it out of walking distance to attractions, especially with the heat.

ExcellentSep 20198.8
Very comfortable room, great views, discreet entrance from the Mandalay Bay casino level. You don't have to go through a casino to get to your room. The hotel is mostly very quiet. A break from the Vegas craziness.
On the weekend there are loud concerts on one side of the hotel. These end at midnight though, so it didn't bother me all that much.

the breakfast was lovely and the waitstaff so friendly. The pool was as relaxing as it gets. Being offered frozen pineapple around a pool is other-worldly. This is truly a beautiful hotel and so much an oasis away from the craziness of Las Vegas. We went on a run every morning and the friendly doormen offered us bottles of water each time...so thoughtful ( although ...any way you can ditch the single-use plastic??)
This is our fault and I get it but we invited a friend to stay with us in our room when we found out she was going to be joining us in Las Vegas to celebrate my Dad's birthday. I thought that our King Deluxe room included a couch she could sleep on. It didn't and we had to choose from cramming a twin bed in the room which would have meant that 3 people could never have even walked around the room without going over the bed, or upgrading to a suite. Wow...the suite was so beautiful. But we spent $1200 for a 2 night stay and I must be honest to say that I am still reeling from that. My friend did ask if we could have had a room with 2 double beds but I guess they were all sold out? In any case that option was not offered to us.
