Hard beds, small pillows, tube TVs, and old decor.
Old, filthy with roaches, no customer service
One mini fridge in the room.
The place looks worse in person makes you wonder if the building is up to code. There is one ice machine in a separate building and one elevator. The carpet in lobby smells and has lots of stains. The carpet in the rooms are very rough and has lots of stains. The room has AC which makes too much noise on and off. The bathroom had roaches coming out of the sink, toilet and shower. The phone in the rooms didn’t work so we couldn’t call front desk for room service. When I asked for towels the front desk rep told me to come to the front desk to pick them up. Our rooms were only cleaned one time during my stay. The third day of our stay, housekeeping changed the bedding to much older bedding and left our pillows without pillow cases. The room didn’t have a microwave either just a mini fridge and no chairs to sit and not enough storage drawers, no hangers and not enough towels. I also had a $100 resort fee on top of my so called discount total. I wouldn’t recommend this Roach resort.
Disgusting.
Absolutely nothing, there is nothing good about this place
This place was absolutely disgusting, the pictures they advertise with our at least 10 years old, because when you’re there it is a whole. Couch cushions for pillows, looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in years. Didn’t even feel comfortable enough to spend 30 seconds in the room. Walked in saw how disgusting it was and left. Hotel Refused to give me my money back
Worst hotel experience we've ever had!!!!!
The location was close to the Thomas and Mack Arena.
Only 2 towels for 3 people. Could NOT get more towels. Went to Walmart at midnight to buy our own towels!! Ridiculous! Toilet broken. Blow dryer smoked. No iron. Could feel springs in the bed. Rude guy at desk. No attempt at customer service! Sad bkfst!
The place was ok, but the towels are dirty, pillows smell.
Walls too thin, dirty towels, bedsheet and pillows. You have to request for dryer, iron. Too much of an inconvenience.
Good Value.
Older fixtures and features (tube TV)
excellent shuttle service
helpful staff and excellent, timely shuttle service from and to airport
room carpet was old
I wouldn't stay there next time.
Cheapest place close to the strip, but I'd still park at planet Hollywood and walk from there. Cleaning staff is friendly. Fresh towels, toiletries, and they make your bed every day. Be sure you tip them before you leave.
Room had busted security slide bolt. We put the chair up against the door every night (we're paranoid). Carpets are really dirty. Bed and pillows are below average. The $10 resort fee makes no sense, they don't even have a small gym and the pool isn't heated. The breakfast is the worst I've ever seen. Pre made waffles, pancakes, bread, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, white rice and probably months old pickled radish. They don't even joke around with the orange juice, it says Tang right below it. They do have coffee and hot water and Lipton tea bags. There's a sign that says $10 fine if you remove food from the breakfast area. Hah! You'd have to be pretty desperate to do that, I think homeless people eat better dumpster diving at the La Quinta.
Dust Mites!!!
Nothing at all.
We checked in late in the night as we came back from the Grand Canyon. The moment we entered on our allotted room, we were welcomed by an musty odor. In few minutes of we sitting on the beds in our room, all of my friends including me started feeling itching. We went to the reception desk and the person behaved very rudely and said "I can't do anything about what you are expecting". Seriously that's how you treat guests who just want a clean room to spend a night? Then after arguing with him, we got another room and we faced the same issue there as well. Finally, we moved to another hotel in the midnight and had to pay a very high price. We did not even get a refund as the guy on the reception said go and contact KAYAK for a refund. Really bad experience.
Kinda disappointed
The staff was nice and accommodating.
The pillows were awful, the beds are hard, found a dirty washcloth in the room that was rock hard when i poked it with a pen. There are screws in the bathroom wall holding things up. The toilet runs nonstop. The tv is from 1990s 24" tube tv that barely worked.
Unsanitary!!!
Nothing!
We were greeted with an overwhelming smell of urine. Turned on the lights and there were multiple colored stains on the floor. it was gross and unsanitary! Nowhere near a 3 Star hotel. We Immediately left! Don’t waste your time or money! Stay clear of this hotel!!
Good value, a bit rough around the edges
Comfy bed, good AC, hot shower, in room fridge nice. Cheap last minute online deal.
Arrived at night, lobby dimly lit / kinda creepy (my girlfriend wanted us to leave). First room key didn't work. Walls in room had brown residue. Thin (but adequate) towels.
