Locations is perfect for a city trip in Krakow. Central station close by and easy travel to the airport. Modern and new hotel.
During our stay there where renovation works. Sadly hotel did not notify us before check-in. Probably then would have decided not to stay here due to building and renovation noises.

Location, breakfast, rooms.
Window blinds in room wouldn’t close (they fixed this after a few hours) and the breakfast staff were very rude. They moved us from the eating area on both mornings and practically took the plates from us when we were still eating. I understand that they had to clean up but we were still conversing and enjoying the food.

Next generation hotel, supertech - everything on tablet (light, temperature, TV programs etc). Perfect for couples, ideal for lovers who want to discover themselves. The breakfast very generous, diverse, satisfies all tastes. Free coffee for guests. Good WIFI. Excellent location, in the old center, near the station, Mall Gallery etc.
For guests staying longer than 2 days it would be more convenient if there were drawers where they could hold the items they need, without having to open their luggage for every small thing
