the beds are extremely comfortable , pillows are amazing thats all you want for a perfect nights sleep room was massive with everything you could ask for spa was the best spa experience i have countered you need to visit this hotel just for the spa alone
cant fault the hotel one bit over the 4 nights we stayed if i was to be critical the breakfast could have more english theme’d food but thats all i can think of

I booked a hotel room with Stary, but they didn't
Then I left some laundry in my room in a black bag and they stole it! Crazy. I ream really nice taylored suits and shirts were just taken from my room. I was very upset. They denied taking anything, but know exactly what I packed and exactly where I put my things. So I left and am never coming back.

We thought it was very comfortable. Loved the design and the central location Enjoyed spa and pool and the breakfast was very enjoyable. It was really enjoyable to come back to in the evening Overall staff very pleasant and efficient Great value for money
There wasnt anything that we didnt like the only thing that concerned us was that when we went to check out the staff member said according to the hotel we had not shown up? couldnt understand this email when we got home and there was a mention that we were considered a no show and we were concerned about charges because of the confusion
