Unfortunately, we haven't been warned of the closure of the swimming pool and so we expected a reduction of the price The toilet in the room had a bad smell..

I came for Christmas holiday there mostly beacause of the swimming pool and I made some phone calls to make sure that it will function and they promised it will be open when I came they told me that due to technical problems it is not functioning the day after it ihas not been opened with a new excuse that there was no life guard and the day after it the second day of Christmas this indescent to lie to customers and not to pay to a life gurard and these are 2 hotels that are part of an International chain of hotels. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. Coffee and tea in the room as well as free bottles of water were a nice gesture. The hotel is clean and comfortable it hosts many organised groups from Asia. There is a close bus to the city center.

The staff lied on telephone and told me few times that the restaurant will be open till 9 oclock on Christmas Eve. but it was close since six oclock and due to the fact that the hotel is located in an Industrial area we remained with no dinner that night.
