-The Bed had traces of sand -The room and the bed had Ants -the bed mattress was very hard and we couldn’t sleep well. -Although I received a msg to choose a party to attend on 25 December, but after I checked in there and asked for confirmation , they said that it is not included as mentioned in the msg , and if I want to attend I have to pay 1000 THB/person -the main pool was closed for the Christmas party and we couldn’t go there, and only allowed to use another one , much smaller and very crowded.
