The room was just refurbished so it was all new Unfortunately the Pilbara battles to cope with the mining industry and so the tourist has to take a back place and take whatever is left, which is a shame because it is us you need when the boom subsides. the room was just refurbished but unfortunately due to the demand placed on the accomadation industry we had to leave the windows open due to the smell of fresh paint and the aircon was too noisy for the room, it's all supply and demand I know but remember the industry will one day need us back
very clean and well presented, nice fluffy towels
I liked the pool opening times, location (close to shopping centre) and easy to book online. Good for a one night stay. Tv service was plain/unacceptable for price required for room. Satellite television is a suggestion. Online check-out time was an hours difference to actual check-out time. Breakfast - continental was cereal only, suggestion would be toast, fruit, yoghurt and juice (ran out of juice) water was not avaible easily, server had to go behind the bar (other side of the room). Was unable to alter check-in/check- out times over the phone was told "can not guarantee it will be ready by asked time" this is unacceptable when almost all other accomadation can do this.
I was very disappointed with the hotel. The pool was not clean. No sunlounges. The first room that was booked actually smelt mouldy and we coudn't stay in it. I thought it could have been a lot more cleaner. I would not stay there again.
Location, pool and friendly staff Air conitioning difficult to get properly set- kept switching off. Cooked breakfast mediocre.
Food and stay very good, staff friendly and courteous only a 1 night stay so very hard to assess. Overall enjoyable. Due to the high pricing and availability in the area I will not be staying as much instead fly in and out same day.
