Location to the racetrack next door was excellent, great variety of breakfast, great views from the balcony, parking no problem.
Lots of noise traveling through adjacent bathrooms when water being run. Lots of ants were coming in to our room through cracks around the door frame to balcony and going up and down the drinks fridge cupboard, we where given a fresh room which was a little inconvenient but got the problem sorted.

Villa - dark rooms. Not enough light. There is a Electric Kettle - no Electrical outlet. Kitchen and dishes - very sad. The price of the villa is definitely too high.
