Sheraton Princess Kaiulani

We had many meals at the Splash bar .And spent many afternoons there having drinks and cocktails .The staff at the Splash bar were lovely .And may I say the beds were wonderful ,so comfy .

It was a little noisy with the building site ,where Kings palace has been demolished ,but that can't be helped .

The pool and location were fantastic.

The rooms were very outdated. Mold in the bathroom.

Location is great

Loved the location so close to the restaurants, beach etc. The majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The amenities were great. I would love to return again.

They did not supply simple English Breakfast tea bags in the room and such a hard chore to get some. After asking staff several times for some it wasn't until the 3rd to last day a helpful receptionist got some sent to our room.

Lovely big rooms with great views and balcony. Good value for the price. Free internet in Lobby is great.

great location and proximity to beach, brilliant gym-very impressed as it wasn't just a treadmill in a closet!! reception staff friendly and helpful....will stay again.

I loved the location - across the road from the beach. The ocean views, the beds, the pillows, the Hawaiian music you could hear every night from our room. I also found the short guy that greeted the cars when they arrived to be very nice and friendly and extremely helpful when our tour bus had not arrived on time at the hotel

When we first arrived we lined up to be checked in and it took some time to input all our information in the computer to be told that our room would not be ready until 3pm. We then had to line up again and go through the same computer process a second time which seemed to take just as long. I understand that check in is at 3pm so maybe we should not have tried to check in earlier. I just expected the process to be quicker the second time around.
