Staff were welcoming
We got charged twice for this one night stay. Once when I booked July 30th and then on our arrival on 11 September. We are trying to resolve this issue. This has never happened before! Not like you booking.com

Facilities were excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel was positioned well on the harbour and close to transport, restaurant and shops.
Club room kitchen closes at 8.30pm so when arriving late, unable to take advantage of something we had paid for.
