Excellent room with great views and nice big bathroom and shower.

A good sized room that was well equipped and comfortable. The Bathroom was well designed and stocked.
Very expensive breakfast. The elevator system was frustrating with the need to change elevators just to get to the ground floor having to walk around two corners. The pool closes early at 9pm.

Could (after checkout) borrow room in afternoon to refresh after a hike, very nice! Nice pool area!
In more normal times I would say that most HK hotels are rather expensive including Hyatt.

very good price, exellent location, a lot of things to eat and buy around hotel, very nice harbour view
Lobby is located at sub floor, when using taxi, don't need to go sub floor, taxi will charge 18 hongkong dollar to enter

The pool was amazing!! The breakfast has a lot of variety and the staff is very kind and friendly. The location was top 10, near buses and MRT, and a mall.
