The room was nice and very clean.Breakfast was good and the location is excellent.My wife ans i have stayed here a few times and really like it.
The bar could be better.No beer or wine when we stayed there.

I really love Herakleion so the location is great. Just by the market. Close to everything the city has to offer. The shower was tiny but loads of hot water. Very clean. The sheets were very clean & white as were the towels. The pillows were fine. The bed was comfortable. Little fridge was useful Little TV worked Plenty of storage
The reception staff are so unwelcoming. No welcoming smile, polite banter. Don't think they have been to hospitality college. The hotel is drab. Dark uninviting. I only ordered a single room. It was beyond basic. WiFi dreadful. Blankets awful. Bathroom tiny. The walls are so thin you can hear conversation next door Dreadful dated décor. The breakfast room is dire. The breakfast just as bad. Leave your key they barked at me each time I left When I checked out I was told you can go

Location was OK, but since Heraklion is not a big city so any location is OK.
The hotel was old and not well mainained. I booked a double room, but upon arrival I was clearly placed in a smaller room. Bathroom was horrendeous, crammed and unusable. The room had an ashtray, although it was non smoking.
