i like the heater and the hot water. i like some staff who try to make our journey better.

_the bed is not a double bed its two beds near each other.it was very bad for a double room and the bed sheets color was awful(one grey,one green not even matching) _the tv was broken, old and the remote was without battries. _there was no hangers in the closet, no slippers and no clean and tidy towels. _there was no fridge to colden my drinks and no mini bar of course. _there was no room s guiding book with a telephone operator shown the number of multiple services and aminities in the hotel. _the food was modest comparing to an hotel with a reputation.

The staff were nice, the location was great and right by the beach. The pool itself was decent( only used indoor as went in December) unlike some other customers sheets (excluding top bedding) were clean.

the TV was old and didn't work (sound and image was fuzzy), no WFi in the rooms, door to the balcony was very hard to open, the buffet had a small selection, coffee machine didn't work, was disorganized and felt like a zoo with people pushing and butting in line, only one area for food cooked by a "chef" and the line was long and slow so didn't bother, some plates were still dirty, food was not labeled so I didn't know what the food was. Food looked very sub par and we ended up not eating breakfast at the hotel. The cleanliness of the carpet on our floor (second floor) was questionable, the blow dryer was outdated and didn't work well at all. We are married and requested a room with one bed, two people (thinking queen sized) but they were just two single beds pushed together and were not very comfortable. The top bedding was stained. No entertainment in the evening as advertised. Hotel was dead by 12AM and they even turned most of the lights off in the foyer. Some hallways even during the day were dark. Elevators are small and crammed. Hotel is very outdated. Doors to the rooms are old and you can hear people walking down the hallway quote audibly. Unfortunately also when my husband and I stayed we went against what was advised by a Tunisian friend and went on a weekend. There were tons of Tunisian families (not being rude, my husband is Tunisian &Tunisia is my second home but these guests were baad) with unruly kids who took over the pool and hot tub and some of the kids were even told to leave by the lifeguard for jumping into the pool and splashing everybody, being rude, and running around. Zero discipline made by parents. Not enough chairs in the pool area and a woman actually fought with my husband over a chair that we had first as she wanted to use it. Luckily my husband is also Tunisian and was firm that she take another, which became available as another couple were also fed up with the pool environment and decided to leave.
