Very good management by Maike, the assistant director. She was very swift in fixing issues, reservation in the restaurants, transportation back to airport etc....
All good, except the girl who took care of our kids for Mini club let our son go home alone without our consent. It was rectified very swiftly but needed some clear indications and process review bout mini club rules to know what is acceptable or not.
