The man working at reception was really arrogant and rude to us which you simply shouldn’t be not at a 1 star nor at a 5 star hotel!!!! . But the rest of the staff was great!

Amazing architecture by Herzog & de Meuron, beautiful minimalistic interiors and unforgettable atmosphere! The room, we stayed in, gave us breathtaking view of Hamburg's night panorama and the delight of dawn. As a pleasant surprise while waiting for the check-in was the retreat in a SPA, where time passed pleasantly and imperceptibly. And of course, starting from the very first minute of the stay we experienced the attention and care of people, who work in this magnificent hotel. Doubtless it`s the best place to realize that all dreams come true. We'll definitely meet again!
