Everything. The room was great, the beds were comfy, the pool, sauna and gym were a decent size and so clean! The only thing I would say I the gym could do with some weights as it was all cardio. The staff were friendly and helpful and it is nice to have the mini bar included in the room and replenished daily. Cleaner is friendly and thorough. This was GREAT value for money.
Everything was fantastic. This hotel is a little out the way but the station is a 5 minute walk and if you're confident to ride the underground then you can get most places within 10 minutes.

Room is big. It's far from city but with bus number 3 you can go to the city centre.
When we arrived, the reception said Hi to us and stated to discuss about something with her colleague about an issue without considering that we are there! We booked a room with double bed but reception told us we don't have a room with double bed but we have a room with 2 single beds! The blankets are very thin and cold. Good for summer in Dubai and not winter in Hamburg! The bath tub was stocked and we asked the cleaning lady to take care of it and nobody took care at the end.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Neue Elbbrücken bridge, which leads you directly to the motorways A1 and A7. This bus stop offers services to the main train station and the “Rathausmarkt”. The buses run regularly and take about 15 minutes to get you into town.
