The staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable The first room we were offered had been smoked in but the staff changed our room immediately. The basin was a bit blocked.
Though not very easy to locate (more specif instructions of how to get there from the Gare would greatly help), I liked the size and set up of the hotel. It is secure though also you have a sense of freedom and being recognized by staff because no one asks you your reem number or name when you come in. The service is good living up to their promise of solving your problems in 15 minutes (or was it 5 minutes, I can't exactly remember now).
Central Location. Friendly and efficient staff. Clean. The room was facing a busy street with noisy traffic, ac didn't work at all, it was impossible to open a window because of street noise and it was terribly hot inside.
very nice staffs, very nice location & nice connection of internet. possible to link up swiss.com with wifi. 45CHF for 30 hours.
At the time of my booking, this was the cheapest "convincing" hotel, it's 4 mins walk from the main train/bus station. It's cheap by Geneva standars. Great value for money...... The A/C did not meet the expectations at all.......since it was late september, opening the window was not a bad idea....
The hotel was near to the station, clean and nicely decorated. Adequate for an overnight stay. Rooms quite small, breakfast not included in the price
The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The free travel pass was also great. It was not quite in the centre of town but it was really convenient for the tram to the centre. The room was a bit small and on a main rd but otherwise good.
Free wi-fi in the room, long-wired telephone in the room, comfort bed, cleanliness No swimming pool and gym
The best thing is bath. It is very good to take a bath after having been tired. nothing
We only needed one night's stay, and the location suited us, as we were travelling by train. The lift is a bit slow . . .
