Great staff, great location, wonderful riad. Very nice breakfast. Very helpful and accomodating.
There was a smell which may be attributed to the tanneries in the area, but it was pervasive.

A beautiful riad with the best rooftop terrace for tranquil sunsets. Just moments from the medina, a great location only 1min hidden from the main road for easy taxis around Fes. A huge thank you to the lovely hosts Simo and Hamza who were so friendly and made the stay an absolute pleasure, as if it were their home. Great value for money.

Simo, the young man that runs the riad, is the best host ever. Polite, kind, helpful, we loved him! He took us to the restaurants, to the hammam, he offered us mint tea. Could not thank him enough. Τhe riad is in a perfect location, very close to the old town (medina). The inner courtyard where you can sit and have breakfast is impressive. Very nicely decorated with traditional Moroccan architecture. We had the upper room with internal windows which I think is the best room of the riad. Spacious, beautifully decorated too, just lovely!
Riads are old houses and they would definitly use a renovation. Also if you think it is not clean enought just tell Simo. He will ask the lady to clean again or change sheets if you are not satisfied. If there are other guests it can be a bit noisy but that is how riads are made. An inner courtyard and rooms around. It is difficult to make sound insulation so I think it is a problem that you will have everywhere.

Very central location and walking distance. seemo our host was amazing thank you very much for such an amazing stay and gave such great advice and assistance when traveling! View from terrace was breathtaking
