Pros: I liked the AC unit fan and I liked the heavier blanket -- breakfast was really good -- eveything hot or cold as they should be -- easy to navigate. Coffee very good -- haha not great but fine.
Cons: By accident they billed me three times the one night rate. I'm guessing 1 time when I tried to early check in from my computer which I thought did not go through. One time when I called en route...
