Cons (-) The reception staff was awesome. The bathroom in the room however is where I had an issue. I didn’t notice until I took a shower that night but there was mold ALL OVER the ceiling and in the corners of the bathroom. I brought it up to the staff in the morning and they said that they would get it cleaned off. I came back to the room that evening and there was still mold on the ceiling. I looked lik...

Pros (+) I arrived from the US a 6:45 am. I got to the Residence Inn at about 8 am-well before standard check-in. Sara at the front desk was awesome! She offered me coffee and breakfast, and to watch my luggage until my room became ready. And at 10:30am, she gave me my room keys. Thank you for being so very friendly and accommodating!
Pros (+) Some of the best staff at a hotel I have ever encountered. Extremely helpful and friendly. Good location, but fabulous facility, big modern room, great shower. Highly recommend for all travelers, especially those that will be in Edinburgh for multiple days. Really good breakfast, as well.
