I liked the location because it is in the old town and it is very close to the castle The room was pretty. The breakfast was good.
One of the elevator was broken The staff seemed not enough as we had to wait several times to be served at reception.

Absolutely loved our stay here - the whole vibe was very modern, staff were so helpful and friendly, rooms are gorgeous, views out of this world & perfect central location
One teeny tiny complaint was that the mirrors in the bathrooms/sliding doors had splash marks on & were dirty

The location in Old Town was right off the Royal Mile. Easy walking distance to the Castle and most attractions. The staff were very friendly and were quite good at recommending great restaurants and getting us reservations. There are a bunch of excellent restaurants within a short distance from the hotel: Howie's, Mussels & Steak, The Outsider.
The bedroom end tables in our room were very low compared to the height of the bed. A bit unusual. Other that that small detail we enjoyed our stay immensely.
