Pros: It was both a hotel and a museum...amazing place. Fantastic location on the edge of Altstadt - old town - close to trains
Cons: Cost - but that was not a surprise
Pros: This was an exceptional hotel. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Great location in the center of all the action, but quite due to the large courtyard with high walls on each side that kept the noise to a minimum.

Cons: We really do not have anything to say was a disadvantage. We have only positive things to say about our stay.

Cons: Average quality of the beds
Pros: 2 minute walk to the airport
Pros: It was so quiet and peaceful, despite being so close to the airport. The indoor pool is gorgeous, and in the evening I had it all to myself! The location is wonderful--literally 1 minute to the airport, where you can also catch the train into the city.
Pros: THE STAFF ARE EXTREMELY NICE
Pros: Cleanliness, location and easy check in.
Cons: staff was extremely pretentious/condescending specifically the food/bev. manager of the hotel. We addressed an issue with him after waiting over an hour for our dinner, we never ate at the hotel. long flight, no food and no solutions=pure disappointment
Pros: Hotel was conveniently located to the airport for a morning flight, couple hundred yard walk under covered walkway from hotel to terminal.
Cons: Everything about the hotel was suited for our needs (convenient airport stay) but the bed was rock hard, presumably on purpose because the hotel was modern and recently updated. Most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever had.
Cons: The restaurants were overpriced.
Pros: It was right next to the airport which was nice for our early flight.
Cons: Could not check in early without paying additional fee.

Pros: At airport. Nice, modern, clean hotel although not close to anything but the airport. The S bahn to get to town is very convenient at the airport. we ate at the other Airport hotel as the restaurant there had better German selections. good value.
Cons: Hotel restaurants pricey - airport restaurants might be a better alternative believe it or not. Breakfast not included.
Pros: Ideal position for airport & Messe Brilliant transport links
Pros: we arrived late due to Autobahn closure--with 4 adults and 3 young grandchildren. We were weary, but the hotel staff was amazing--assigned us the ideal room arrangement and helped in every way possible+ a covered walkway to the terminal the next morning!

Pros: I enjoy staying at the Sheration DUS hotel the evening before I depart for the USA when I have been in DUS/CGN region on business for a few days. The reasons why are that the hotel is a short walk to the terminal for early morning flights, the restuarant offers a reasonable menu for the evening before and the hotel has a decently equipped fitness room for cardio workouts.
Cons: As most of business is in Leverkusen and Koln, I avoid the Sheraton until the evening before my flight due to proximity.
Pros: The beds and comforter was so nice! The location was great, basically connected to the airport. My mom and I had a connecting flight the next morning so it was the perfect location for us to stay. Price was also reasonable.
Cons: There is free wifi in the lounge but not in the rooms, you have to pay for it which I thought was kinda ridiculous since I haven't been to a hotel recently that doesn't give you free wifi in the rooms. For us it didn't make much of a difference since it was just a place to stay for the night to catch our flight the next day, but it would have been annoying if I had to stay longer.
Cons: is 2 start, bad rooms, after 11 pm no have to eat.
Pros: Had to catch an early flight. Great location inside the DUS airport. So convenient!!! Great friendly and helpful staff!
Cons: The hotel is very nice but the rooms and lobby were dated and needs updating.
Pros: All was very OK. Good value. Highly recommend.
Cons: old showerhead, large and heavy easily falls down on tub floor at slightest touch.

Cons: Small room with cheap furnishings. The room did not even have a dresser. Cheap soap and only a single set of (thin) towels provided. This hotel is for business travelers only. The room was clean and the staff friendly enough. Bed was not comfortable. The price was too high for the room, not value for dollar. Parking cost 18 euros per day extra (24 hours)

Cons: Pricey for what they offer. Don't take their breakfast at 21 euros per email@example.com (a rip-off). Less than a block away there's a bakery that opens daily at 6 am and where you can select your breakfast option for around 8 euros.
What really bothered me is that this property markets itself as an airport hotel - which in most large cities in the world means the availability of a shuttle service to the airport with a convenient frequency throughout the day seven days a week. The shuttle at this place operates just a few hours a day and only from Monday to Friday. If you arrive or need to depart outside their availability you'll incur in steep taxi fare from/to the airport.
This property definitely does not offer a good value for your money.
Pros: My hole experience was excellent at this hotel!
Pros: Clean room
Cons: - I was a transit passenger and needed a room for the night. I was considering Sheraton at the airport, but decided to go with Lindner since it offers free wifi in the room and a free shuttle service. Well, wifi wasn't available in the entire hotel - free or paid. I was told I can go back to the airport for it, using hotel's shuttle service that supposedly goes every 20 minutes during certain hours in the morning and in the evening. The reception failed to mention that in the evening the shuttle comes only and when the hotel calls it and that there was no marked designated area for their shuttle at the airport. So the experience cost me extra taxi money and lost time waiting for the shuttle that never showed up. I would have done myself a favor had I got a room at Sheraton.
Cons: Wifi gali the All day never have The Internet wi Fi
Cons: Limited airport shuttle service, stops at 10 pm. I arrived at 10:30 and had to take taxi. Extra cost. Sheraton is at airport
Cons: I picked this hotel because it listed having an airport shuttle. But the shuttle did not run om the days we needed it (does not run on weekends)
Cons: bedbugs, air condition noise and not cooling enough
