I was only looking for a place to sleep for myself and my girls as we had an early flight out of DIA. It worked for this purpose. Most hotels I have stayed at recently have had the USB charging ports in the lamps and such, this one didn't which made it difficult as we had to pull out several wall plugs and figure out logistics. The hotel was intended to be just a place to rest and without this upgrade it made the morning a little more hectic than it should have been. Also nothing was explained except the lights. Not where any of the pool or weight room were or the even the vending machines or ice maker. I find this useful information even if not used.
Rooms were clean, location was great, indoor heated pool, breakfast Small rooms, small bath rooms, older utilities, did not have microwave or mini refrigerator, parking wasn't the easiest
The hotel was convenient and clean. The breakfast wasn't very good. The hot water was cold, many of the apples were rotten, and the eggs were powdered and watery. There were no towels in the exercise or pool area. Housekeeping was knocking on our door at 7am. I had trouble with the computers in the lobby. And while they said that they had a sewing kit, they didn't have one when I needed one. It seems that they just are not taking care of all these details that make life good for guests.
Convenient location to airport. Room always hot, even though we never used the "heater card". No food in hotel, besides early morning breakfast. Drink and snack vending machines were out of a lot of items.
The bed was comfortable and that was the only good part. Front desk staff was not very professional. Twice I called regarding ground transportation...once to the city of Denver from the hotel and once inquiring about bus transportation near the hotel. The staff had no idea if buses even came to the area. Thankfully Uber was available to get us back and forth to the city...no thanks to the Baymont staff on that one either. The guests next to us didn't even get in to their room until 2:30am and were extremely loud and disruptive. The icing on the cake was when the shuttle to the airport that we had to reserve when we checked in told us along with half of the other patrons waiting to board that it was full and we would have to wait for 30 minutes for the next one...Uber came in handy again.

I liked the location as myself and the person I was with had a very early flight and the hotel being close to the airport was a big plus. The sink in our room was completely clogged, hair from a previous tenant was all over it and it would not drain at all. The tub had a very slow drain making taking a shower almost like a bath.
I enjoyed my stay as I needed somewhere close to the airport so I would get a shuttle. The bed was extremely comfortable and I really got a good night's sleep. The wake-up call did not happen and I told the deskclerk. She was thankful for that knowledge as who knows who else didn't get their wakeup call. Breakfast was delicious and easy.
The hotel itself was fine - typical Ramada, clean and neat. Staff was helpful but didn't go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The hotel was so noisy I couldn't sleep. My room was on the second floor, right above the main entrance. At 2:30 am, rental car shuttle buses began rolling in. So loud, they woke me up. As did the guests pounding on the stairs and floors and dragging suitcases and talking, while they rushed to the buses to get to their EARLY flights. It was one bus after another. Plus a train whistle (or something that sounded like that) going off every half our. And, my room was next to the maintenance closet. The heater, generator, etc. were constantly making noise. Then early in the morning the maid knocked on my door! Even though I had a DO NOT DISURB sign out. My flight wasn't till 11. I wanted to sleep!
It was a very clean and well kept hotel! And shuttles to the airport were running frequently It was a fifteen minute drive from the airport, but there's very few options that are closer
We stopped here after a long flight into Denver just to stay overnight until heading to our cabin in the mountains. It was a lot nicer in the room than I expected! I wouldn't suggest the hotel for long term stays, but it was just the job for a one night rest up. Sad continental breakfast
Clean, with friendly staff, a nice breakfast selection, location and shuttle to airport was convenient. Only reason I knew the airport shuttle was called Western and did not say anything about Ramada on it was that I happened to call and ask about it. Could hear my neighbors through the wall pretty easily, but luckily the were fairly quiet.
Rooms were clean. Location was ideal for us and the staff was helpful. There was only one person working on that Friday, May 22. Since it was a holiday weekend, the check-in time was delayed significantly since the line was long and it took one staff person so long to process each check-in. Additionally, Kayak confirmation made an error in listing the wrong telephone number for the hotel in the email sent to me. When i called, the hotel reception informed me that there was no shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I spent $25 plus $5 tip on a cab ride. However, upon check-in, i found out that the hotel does offer a free shuttle. The hotel could not process any compensation for that extra expense. I hope that Kayak can take care of it.
Lobby was really nice (fireplace and couches), room was roomy & clean, nice beds plus couch, comfy blanket, good furnuture, microwave and fridge No parking, toilet wasn't really clean inside (it could be the just bad water, but I'm still not used to seeing visible dark spots)
The rooms seemed clean but I didn't look it over that hard. The gal that checked my out in the morning was very friendly. I had a very hard time finding this hotel and the guy at the front desk was unable to help me get there.. Come to find out I was LESS than 5miles from it!! I find it very annoying when you call someone for help and they tell you to use a gps and that they cannot help you. He really didn't give a damn about helping me get there. If I would have had a gps to use I wouldn't have called for help.
NOTHING My infant and I checked in late at night after a late flight. I checked for bedbugs immediately, and found shells and large bedbugs. I left immediately and had to walk across the street, in the cold, with my luggage and my baby, to get to another hotel. Stay at the microtel. They're nice and helpful and don't have bedbugs. Now that I'm trying to get my money back from my nonexistent stay at the comfort suites dia, they're saying they have no record of me complaining about anything. I'm livid. This is outrageous. NEVER EVER STAY HERE!!!!!!
The price was perfect, the room was clean and spacious, easy to get to from the airport, staff were courteous and friendly. Could not have asked for a better hotel for our purposes, which was flying to Denver to then drive to New Mexico. Highly recommend!
Very clean and all the basics are covered. Cute diner next door. Nice jacuzzi. Fox News yapping away in the dining area and lobby. Would really have appreciated a break from the right-wing propaganda. Internet is pretty slow. Only one weight machine, which was missing some of its parts.

Days Inn Denver was convenient to airport, they provided a shuttle to and from the airport, continential breakfast was provided, room was spacious and very clean, staff was very pleasant. There was nothing that we did not like. Would not think twice about staying here again or recommending it.
The staff was very helpful in helping with everything I needed. They answered question promptly, it was my first stay in Denver and they were great to recommend restaurants, shopping areas, and attractions. I will most definetly be returning to your hotel. Everything was great nothing to complain about.
Staff were very attentative and responsible. For some reason, the hotel reservation had us staying at the hotel for 5 nights even though I made the reservation for only a single night. Fortunately, I had a copy of the confirmation email sent by booking.com showing the 1 night reservation so there were no problems.
Price Not clean and worn out.
Even though we went to sleep early for an early flight out, this hotel was quieter than most any other one I've stayed in. I had originally booked this hotel because their complimentary breakfast began at 4am. When I arrived, I was told it didn't start til 6. I'm not sure I would've had time to eat there anyways, I just feel like I paid for something I didn't get.
It was clean ( ok) but wasnt exactly cheap It s starting to look old. The carpet, A/C, bathroom, etc
The size of the room/suite was comfortable. The attendant at the front desk was very unwelcoming and her greeting bland. The whole place seemed to reek of cannabis and airfreshener. I'm not sure which one was worse, but mixed together was choking at times. Will not stay there again.
I bought a room there because there because the add said they offered free parking. Well they do while u stay but if you fly out than they charge you like 45 bucks a week. I would NOT have stayed there if i had know that when i booked it.

We wanted a room close to the airport for an early morning flight. Huge room, super comfortable and CLEAN bed, great bathroom, close to area restaurants. Our stay was quick but perfect.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were out of state visitors, couldn't of asked for better service. They have excellent breakfast in the morning as well. Our keys stopped working to enter our room. It was quickly resolved though.

The beds were very comfortable! The hotel was very clean and comforting. Breakfast was delicious! The girl at the front desk was rude! Didn't really show any signs of emotion except straight faced! She may not have purposely been trying to be rude but I felt the vibes!
The bed was comfortable. The room got dark. The pool was cold, the hot tub was stinky. The rooms were low quality and needed some repairs.
It was nice having a free shuttle and breakfast included. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The location is really great if you have an early flight the next day or a late one the day prior. Our driver who picked us up from the airport was utterly insane. He haphazardly grabbed passenger bags, stacking them on top of each other every which way. Then he proceeded to drive erratically to the hotel. The airport shuttle on the way back to the airport was much better. Inside the room, I could hear the all of the noises next door.

The only negative that we saw in our short stay was the limited parking. We had to park in another hotel's parking area. The shuttle was parked and running in the unload area too so we had to haul our stuff a long way.
Free breakfast was convenient and in-room fridge and microwave. The room had a funky smell, there was no bedding for the pull out couch (not convenient when you arrive after midnight with 3 sleeping kids and we had to go to the front desk to get it). The pool was out of order. The breakfast had all unhealthy options. Older building.

Continental breakfast was pretty good. A lot to choose from. Our room had no heat and the TV was broken. We asked to switch rooms. The room we moved to was better but we found a lot of hair on the toilet, bed, and shower. We will be staying elsewhere next time.

Close to the airport The furniture was chipped and shabby. The television was too difficult to figure out and the coffee maker did not work. A call to the front desk regarding the television was not helpful and the check in personnel was confused.

We were pleasantly surprised by our overnight at the Hyatt House near Denver International Airport. We travel a lot and normally have low expectations of airport hotels, but this was an exception. The shuttle driver and the front desk guy were both very nice especially since they were working on Thanksgiving night. The room was a suite - not overly large, but perfectly comfortable for two people. The next morning we went down to the breakfast and were really surprised to find fresh omelets, fresh fruit and juices, etc.. This was definitely a cut above the traditional travel breakfast of cold toast, cereal, and bad yoghurt. It’s hard to wax too poetic about an overnight stay at an airport hotel, but if you in that position in Denver, I highly recommend they Hyatt House.

Convenient to airport. Hotel had given away my prepaid room (not sure how they could have done that, as check in would require ID and credit card to match the reservation). Gave me a hard time, had to locate their manager, were going to charge me for a new reservation. Finally resolved, but not handled well.
We needed a place for a quick layover due to the weather. The place and all accommodations were well above the star rating.
I was surprised at the quality of the hotel for the price. This isn’t the most luxurious place to stay – I didn’t notice any marble countertops in my room and the towel wasn’t folded into a swan. However, everything was very new and very clean and I enjoyed the excellent breakfast downstairs and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity. No complaints.

Very close to airport. Dropped our car, took the shuttle to the airport and then hotel shuttle back. Room was a bit small, but adequate. Could walk 1/4 mile and hop the light rail into Denver. It was 95 so didn't walk. Breakfast was ok. No eggs, but did have make-your-own waffles. Desk clerk was not the regular and didn't know a lot. There is one diner, that was very good, within walking distance. That was it for "entertainment" and food. They did have restaurant delivery menus, but location is pretty desolate. We asked for a 6:15 a.m. wake up call but got one at 5:40. Really?
How close it is to the airport. Nothing really, but we stayed one night only, so we barely had any time at all to judge.

Shower water pressure You know how you feel on Friday after a long work week? That's this hotel: tired, yet functional. Getting in late from the airport, just needed a place to sleep-& this accomplished that. But, lots of areas of wear: upholstery, plumbing, walls, it needs some updating for sure. Staff not exciting & disinterested.
Easy access to the Denver Airport. You are only like 5 miles from the rental car drop off and there is a gas station on the way. We booked this room because it was cheap and only planned on getting some sleep before heading out in the morning. We walked into a room at 1 am and it was hot, I mean it must have been 80+ degrees in the room. We got he King bed and went to lay down and both rolled down to the middle of the bed. It was not being romantic but instead the bed was so badly sagging in the middle gravity just took you there then you had to fight to get out of it. I spent the night trying to not fall in the middle of the bed and trying to get cool. This was one of the worst nights sleep I ever had in a hotel and have stayed in a lot of hotels!
Location was great. To start, there were ants all over my floor. In addition to that issue, the service was poor. I received a phone call and knock on my door at around midnight that jarred me from my sleep. A "noise complaint" had apparently been filed with the desk about my room's T.V. volume--which was low and should not have been able to be heard through the walls... walls are very thin. The following night, I was again ripped from my slumber, this time because the building's fire alarm system was malfunctioning; this lasted hours and the fire department had to respond. One day before my official check out date, my room keys were disabled and I was locked out of my room. I asked the receptionist why I had been locked out and she snarkly replied because checkout is at 12. She did not let me back in my room until I demanded she check the computer, in which case she noticed I was correct and just handed me new room keys... no apology. No explanation. House keeping does not clean your room daily, only if requested. The dead bolt to my room's door didn't work and the door was tough to open without hip checking. Shower curtain absolutely did not work. This hotel was not worth 60 dollars. Do yourself a favor and pay more for a cleaner more respectful stay.

The room was clean, shuttle service to the airport was efficient (and ran starting early, which was important for us), and continental breakfast was provided (4am-9am). The room smelled strongly of Lysol when we first got in (solved by opening the window). It was also quite hot at night (conveniently also solved by opening the window). They were having some computer problems when we checked in, which slowed the process slightly but was not a serious issue.
The room was small, as expected, which was fine with me since I was traveling by myself. However, when I walked into my room I was greeted with a blast of hot air as they had the heat running on high. I immediately broke into a sweat and had to turn on the AC. Although this was somewhat unpleasant I enjoyed my one night stay overall. The room was very clean and there was free breakfast, although not the best hotel breakfast I've had. The shower had amazing water pressure, but the curtain rod was sloping down so I couldn't keep the shower curtain closed all the way. As a result, half the bathroom got wet. Finally, the staff seemed pleasant enough and the hotel had a free airport shuttle that took only about 10 minutes to get to the airport. So overall, is say it was definitely worth the inexpensive price I paid to stay there through Kayak.
The hotel offered a park and ride package for overnight guests. Stay one night and park from one to three weeks in lieu of airport parking. This is a good value, especially if you're able to enjoy the Manager's Reception and the hot breakfast before heading to the airport. We appreciated the food options during the Manager's Reception - better than average selection of items and also had a decent dinner at CLAIM the on-site restaurant. The hotel has been remodeled and rooms are fresh and furnishings are stylish and updated. Our bed was a bit too firm and linens seemed thin. The bathroom remodel was limited to a new backlit mirror. Our Shuttle driver was funny, courteous and helpful. Bartender was not personable, in the least. While I appreciate this is a family style hotel and over the holidays I expect families to be traveling, the inability of parents to control their children these days is utterly appalling. It was difficult to enjoy the Manager's Reception and dinner at the on-site restaurant while little ones screamed at the top of their lungs and were allowed to run around unsupervised while their parents sat and drank. A sensitive topic to be sure, but buyer beware of the potential for this to occur.
Loved the spacious room in the suites, the complimentary manager's social hour every night and the continental breakfast which is the best I've ever had. The hot tub was no slouch either and the staff was excellent, courteous and professional. The beds where obviously of very cheap quality in our room and a full size instead of queen. I work for a mattress retailer and could tell immediately that the beds in the room were the cheapest brand available.
Everything was perfect
The amount of space; the soft, warm bedspread; the proximity to the airport; I really liked the layout of the room so that you can close the door to the bedroom and thus further seal out the noise in the hallway and drifting up from the restaurant below. It didn't seem that you could watch regular TV with the remote--it only directed me to movies for which I'd have to pay extra. The towels were a little rough, though clean.

Chris, the bartender, did not disappoint! He could tell I was thirsty and acted accordingly. Very attentive and courteous. Kudos to Chris ! It's not Mar-a-lago, so I don't have to worry about Trumps ego getting in my way. Lots of space here. Breakfast sausage needed flavor, but the eggs weren't half bad.
Pool was great. My kids love swimming. And the complimentary food and beverage was nice The total cost was $182. That's a lot for a family w kids.
Great guest service. Checked us in early even though they didn't have too. Clean spacious room. Kids loved the warm pool. And breakfast was good. The lady working it even made my kids snack bags for our day out exploring.

My family was told it would be 20 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up at the Denver airport but after many calls and failed attempts to get anyone to answer the phone and then to call the corporate reservation office to have the call disconnected, we finally flagged a bus down at the airport. We waited 1hour and 45 min at the airport. Then the driver was very rude and told us he was never told to pick us up. Then when finally arriving at the hotel and asked for an explanation, the staff stated that he was told and he continued to be rude as he was standing there behind the counter. Very unreliable shuttle service and the phone system was unreliable to speak with front desk staff or to get the front desk to answer.
It's a good quality hotel. Don't expect anything fancy. Everything worked and the shuttle service was good.

This hotel was great. They provided a nice breakfast as well as dinner. We had received a free upgrade so we had a two bed two bath suite. It was clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

I called four times from the airport after my flight was cancelled they were not rude one time. I called for the shuttle they picked me up in 5 minutes took me to the hotel checked me in gave me pizza coupons and signed me up for the morning shuttle. At 450 am we were on our way to the airport. We beat the rush and I was early when it would have been easy to be late. Great night when I was exhausted Thank you for for the amazing stay

The wake up call was on time and the breakfast was pretty good. My TV didn't work and the staff never let me know. I had to call to ask and then was informed. I asked if they could do something about it and they told me to take it up with the company I booked through and they couldn't help me. I was put off by telling me to go somewhere else to talk about the service. I really doubt I'll ever stay in a La Quinta again.

Proximity to airport is a plus, facility is your standard la Quinta. Clean. The shuttle service is very poor. They gave me a time for departure to the airport and proceeded to be very rude because when they called 15 minutes early I wasn't ready right away. This alone is no big deal; however, when returning to the hotel from DIA I ended up taking an uber because the front desk told me the wrong pickup area 2x, I waited and waited, and finally gave up as it was well below freezing out. When I told the front desk about my shuttle issue they finally told me the shuttle does not say "la Quinta" on it in a noticeable way. I guess I was supposed to just know this?

Location and hot breakfast. Obviously purchased an old hotel and they are remodeling the upper floors. Our room was renovated. Doors to bathroom were like closet doors, could see right in. No lock. Cover to ceiling light was cracked and on the floor. Discovered why in the am. Dressed and ready to go, standing at the bathroom mirror and someone turns on the shower above us. It started pouring on my head soaking me. Told the front desk about it all and the only response was, "we'll send maintenance". By the time we got back up from breakfast, it was pouring all the way to the door. Maintenance simply used all of our clean towels on the floor and put our waste basket under the light. No toiletries in room. no liners in waste baskets. Basic cable on old televisions and rock-hard beds. Back elevator was a construction zone, which was okay because there was a sign of explanation. Front elevator was NOT for construction and it was filthy, food on the floor, etc. Main floor public bathroom near the lobby was filthy. Worst La Quinta experience we have ever had. They should close this place down until the reno is complete, and hopefully they will more responsive to guest complaints in the future.
We booked this hotel thinking we could park there, take a shuttle to the airport and leave the car. This wasn't the case because we booked through kayak. Frustrating.

Location, cost, cleanliness, room size, room and bed comfort were all very good. Comfort was compromised by a noisy exterior wall sure conditioner. Parking lot is oddly fragmented which made it difficult to navigate around entrance lot and the building.

It's located close to the air port and is generally less than the other notes. They offer the same amenities as the bigger chains: including a shuttle and pool and the staff was excellent. It's slightly dated (carpet, fitness machines) but so am I!!
Staff was very nice and helpful. Set up shuttle and wake up call as soon as I got there. The room was great for someone who has a disability, as I do. I felt very comfortable in the room and bathroom. Way too pricey for the location and room. I had to make a last minute reservation, and felt a little price gouged.
We arrived late that night to check in before an early morning flight. The staff was fantastic and nice. The pool was open 24/7 which was great for the kids. The beds were comfy and room was clean. The free hot breakfast was good and we all loved the fresh waffles. They had a free 24/7 shuttle to the Denver International airport which we used. The cleaning staff was great. The checkout a breeze! I booked this hotel online and when I checked in at the desk the military discount was given which was great. I would stay again when traveling through Denver.
Beds were comfortable. It was nice and quiet. Shuttle! Easy to find. The caulking was coming off around the tub. It looked a little gross. Dirty.

I did not like he meat selection it seem to be under cooked and variety would have been appreciated. Like fruits and vegetables.I also heard the person in the room next to me snoring.
It was nice and quiet The coffee in the rooms and everything in the breakfast room was low fat .

Staff was great, Internet actually worked well (unlike some other places I've stayed, even other Fairfield Inns!). Facility was nice and there is a very good restaurant (The Bistro) right across the street at the Courtyard hotel.
Great location for airport and DICK's The room smelled like body odor, but other than that was very clean.
glad to be able to get a room during snowstorm.. 1. under construction..carpeting hallways 2. greatly overpriced..would not take any discounts. Stayed in a comfort Inn for 5 nights before. Paid almost as much for one night at Fairfield.
