Entertainment team was fantastic. The hotel need to look after them . Rooms were gorgeous Food was out of this world Heated pool for children was added bonus in December! Can't wait to go back

Very comfortable bed :)
BEWARE, BE CAREFUL, NOT TO LEAVE ANYTHING IN BED! My nightgown was taken by B.a, the house keeper with the bedding, (or someone took it from the room,) and I didn't get it back! It was expensive, I bought it before my holiday, I wore it there for the first time, but I had to sleep without nightgown for 6 nights (I'm an older woman). Every day I asked at the reception, they were just sorry, there was nothing to do, they said. I was looking for the cleaning lady who took my nightgown, I waited for her every day, but she never came to clean again in the morning. I wrote to the hotel, they replied after 5 days. In the mornings I woke up to the cleaning lady pulling the beds very loudly or clattering with the dishes and saying her loudly, or arguing loudly with someone. I've been to the hotel for the second time, it would be a good hotel, but because of the staff I have a very bad experience and I never want to stay there again. :((

All the staff were so very helpful and friendly and everything was clean and tidy. The all inclusive meals were great as well!
Other guests playing their music late at night and by the pool was a bit annoying and inconsiderate, but not the hotel's fault
