The reception team were abrupt and unhelpful. I have been travelling on holidays for forty five years and never been across such a bad attitude,from the manageress down.

We arrived to the resort straight into a lockdown. The lady at the reception was rude and angry. Throughout the week, as the lockdown kept getting wrose the stuff at the reception was so rude and unprofessional it was unbelievable. Yelling at everyone and creating confusion and unnecessary panic. Refusing to help, patronizing, and impatient. After a few days we gave up asking them for help and information. I am surprised these people actually choose this line of work. If you don't like people then you are at the wrong job!
