Following my Christmas / NY stay here last year, which I enjoyed very much, I returned for a similar period. How pleased I was I did, the place is just the same and, in my eyes, even better. How could it be better? Well I liked it that the resident Animation/Entertainment Team, of whom I was somewhat critical last year, are much more all inclusive with all guests now, it made a very big difference, thank you!

The size of the room
Food could have been replenished more often and hot drinks machines in working order. Air conditioning to be less noisy. Could not be switched off and reported to reception but was not repaired. Only tried one cocktail as part of AI but was not impressed with it. Was ready mixed, put into a standard glass without any extras like fruit on glass and took over 5 minutes to get colour of cocktail to what it should have been. Feel like AI guests not given cocktails to standard of what a paying guest at the bar would get.

Rooms were large and with a lovely layout and modern bathrooms. Lovely pool view and balcony at front and rear. Dining room was newly refurbished with a contemporary feel and food and drink were excellent. Swimming pool and pool area were absolutely beautiful. Sunbeds were comfortable and plentiful with room between each and lots of tables. Gardens were immaculate.
Beds were a bit hard, and I like a firm bed but still not top quality. Entertainment geared to Spanish and Italian but didn't bother us. Previous reviews said music loud round pool but I would have to disagree (and loud music is my pet hate as I prefer to relax in quiet)
