We loved it all. The staff were so kind and helpful. Kamila, Jaime and another man on the reception who we unfortunately couldn't get the name of, were all so amazing. The cleaners were so friendly and in depth with the clean. The food was fresh and not greasy at all. Pool was amazing with all different jets all around it. The entertainment Anja and Emiliano were fantastic performers. All the waiters//waitress's were attentive and cared for us. The animadora and people who worked in spa/gym made us feel comfortable and were all nice. The spa was small but worth 5 euros per person for entry. The room was big, spacious and clean. The bathroom had all the facilities that we needed and a big shower with no problems.

Little brioches at breakfast.
To begin I had to pay immediately 139 € extra for my girlfriend, although I thought I booked a room for 2 people. I know it could happen, but I think the amount is really excessive. Then the check-in was really long and unpleasant, they asked for my credit card just in case I should left without pay the stuff in the mini-bar. I felt like we were getting into a prison. The bathroom was dirty and the shower flooded all the room. There were no extra blankets in the room and I had to ask for 2 times before they arrived, the last night and with holes on them. Breakfast was quite decent, but with no alternative for people like me that can't drink milk. The building was all concrete, in a fake modern style, just looked like public housing. And lacked of privacy. Most of the guests were old couple, I think this is main target of this kind of hotels.

We stayed here only for one night and because of a sandstorm, we didn’t use the pool area at all. Pool seemed really nice though. Service at the hotel was really good and staff helpfull. Nice and quiet hotel still close to main activities and action.
