Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were a good size, everything new and modern, even hairdryers in bathroom. Most impressive was the lounge with a quite good all u can eat breakfast and a lot of comfy space to sit and talk. Sheets and even towels were included. very good price for what u get, especially for expensive Denmark :) also 1min from main station, perfect for travellers
U need cash to lock away your luggage if you come before check-in time, they only have lockers. Even though the check-in & out are impersonal bc done digital, it's a great and well thought out service
