Clean and modern rooms. Good value for money.
The heat in the room. We stayed in the top floor and the windows could not fully open, which is needed in that kind of heat when there is no a/c.

Nice and pleasant room, comfortable bed and possibility to rent bicycles for cheap for the day. The hostel is really well located in the center of Copenhagen, and close to the subway that leads to the airport, really practical for travellers!
My suitcase didn't fit in the storage locker under the bed so it was not convenient. Luggage storage is quite expensive.

The room (a family room for 4, with bath) was clean and nice, with all the necessities. Staff were professional and helpful. Beds a bit hard for ailing hips of people over 55, and bunk beds a bit too short for a person over 185 cm tall. But the price was fair, the room had everything we needed for one night, and we would probably stay there again.
The hallways were a bit stuffy and shabby. And air circulation in the room could have been better. The little table fan helped.

The hotel has 175 rooms that are all decorated in a modern, trendy fashion. Guests will have free WiFi regardless of room type. Visitors can choose to book a private room, or save some money by staying in a dormitory room. Note that no one under the age of 18 can stay in the dorm-style rooms. Private rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. There are family rooms to book, as well. Cribs are available upon request.
